FWD sucks but Bustle Back Sevilles (1980-1985) are one of the

dozen or so exceptions to the rule. I'd love to own an all original

diesel Bustle Back with the Olds Oil Burner Rocket 350. :P

That in mind I was just goofing around online when I found this

opera coupe on eBay.

Since when is bobo a fan of opera coupes? I must've missed that one.

And if you really are...may I ask why?

1. convert it to RWD

2. stick a 572 Rat in it

3. pull up next to any car you can name at a stoplight

Ditto. I don't get the joke.

Yes, he is a fan of these cars, it goes back a long long time. Personally, I find them hideous, but bobo seems to enjoy them to a degree.

Wow, that Seville Opera Coupe is in sad shape :(. I hope someone restores it to its former glory.

Who doesn't love the Opera Coupe? My love affair with the Opera Coupe started back in middle school. Occasionally I would catch a glimpse of one of the original RWD versions in the school parking lot, as someone's mom drove one. It's was the pinnacle of late '70's/early '80's American luxury racheted up a notch.

I'm with Bobo... these cars are different in a quirky & unique way.

I'd love a Opera coupe, any opera coupe... but O.B. has the right

idea in terms of 1980-85 Seville custonization. Even a healthy

Chevy smallblock would liven up whit car's performance if it was to

send power to a soild rear axle.

Not hard to improve on a diesel rocket or a 4100.
