For $2000 bucks, I'd take it... but only to cause as much mayhem on the road and sidewalks as possible.

It kinda reminds me of that car Mr.Bean always ran off the road every chance he got, or something Professor Frink would commandeer, bla-hy-van, glavin.

Those things were around in the very early eighties IIRC? There was something that looked just like this toting around in my little suburb Milton, MA when I lived there at that time.
