Actually I don't think they are trying to be a ripoff of those cars. This is something they designed from scratch. It's a Factory Five GTM.

Some old RWD G body custom ? Windshield even looks like it could be FWD H. Could even be a W. Not the best angle. Its a truck show though so its probably a S10.

*The Fog clears and 68 remembers Factory Five...* Yup, cool. Didn't mean to insult. Now as far as this other turdbucket it's a waste of a perfectly good Caprice. Make it off of a Crown Vic they have more of those and they still make them.
