Spied: 2008 MINI Traveller

BMW testers have stripped away most of the camouflage from their prototypes of the MINI Traveller. This latest look not only gives us our best glimpse of the newest model from MINI, it also puts to rest once-and-for-all some questions about its packaging and configuration.

The Car Connection

Not the best design from a ergonomics stand point but it does fit in with MINI's quirkiness.

Somewhat goofy. Somethinfg gets lost in the translation.

I only like regular MINIs.

(I'm talking of the modern BMW based MINIs, I like many of the classic 60s & 70s variants.)

I like it but why only the suicide door on the passenger side?

Something about it looks a little strange to me, so I'm not a big fan.

It keeps its quirkiness though.

It looks like the rear door was just slapped on so I hope it's just a rough preproduction version. Otherwise, BMW has some seam work to do.
