No, officer, I was definately going under the speed limit. I never speed.

He says he just went into second, barely rolling along at about 30-40 mph and he hears a LOUD bang or pop!

In all reality, he was in fourth. But, he decided to throw in the clutch, mash the gas, and drop the clutch into second. The loud bang was the engine and his dumbass wrecking every panel on a beautiful car.
