My modified grille and new fog lights..

Featured Replies

Well a few months ago I decided to do a little dress up on my grille and add some much needed fog lights. So I decided to do a poor man's billet grille and used 3M chrome body side molding to create the updated grille and then mounted my new oval ( grille shaped) fog lights in the grille. At night the reflection off the chrome and front bumper lights up the grille R which I love. Anyway sorry for the huge pics and bad quality of the photos but my camera is over 10 years old...lol Hope you like the look. BTW I took these photos at a local Buick, Pontiac, GMC dealer just so the Riv was among family when showing off it's new look.

Why thank you sir, I try my best to keep her looking good...it's not an easy task with white paint and with her getting older now. In the warmer months I try to wash and wax her at least once a week. The engine cleaning was sort of easy, I basically took high pressure steam and tried to removed as much grime as I could that way. I then went to a self service car wash which has an engine degreaser function and gave the engine a good bath in degreaser and high pressure rinse and then blow dry. The end result was worth the work.

That's a sweet Riv, Delta. Keep up the good work preserving her.
