Toronto Autoshow: Camaro SS and 1LT

I was at the Canadian International Autoshow on opening day, February 13, 2009.

There are 2 Camaro's at the show. One is an IOM with white stripes Camaro SS (same as in Montreal).

The other is a black 1LT (V6 manual!).

A walk between the black 1LT and the IOM SS (its like you are there!):

I had the ISO set up wrong on my camera, so some of my pics came out grainy.

I went back for more on Sunday Feb 15.

I did some close-ups of the abuse the racing stripe are getting. Alot of people are scratching them.

I will be back at the show for more (hopefully better) pics and video in a few days.

The trunk 'opening" seems more an orifice than a trunk but the core demo won't give a damn about that.

My cameras have so many settings to trip-up geezers like me.

Think about this Kimura, the car sees many shows and has people touching it and what not. I would liken the "peeling" as people picking @ it.

I think this is a Prototype anyway as to why the stickers are so beat up, the label that mentions this does not meet emissions tends to imply this is a test mule built for the autoshow and probably actually used in real testing.

I suspect you will not see the peeling stickers on a production Auto.

Simple explanation: ppl are picking at the stripes to see if they are painted on or vinyl graphics.

Ted, oh man, thanks a lot for posting these. You look sooo content in that black 1LT.

I hope my personal situation improves enough for me to gain the confidence to order my Aqua 2LT/RS manual.

Longtoof is right, that trunk opening is way tiny.
