PBS Documentary seeking Chevy Lovers

Featured Replies

Hi, Cheers and Gears -

We're making a movie about the history of Chevrolet, and the people that love bowties.

If you or anyone you know is a Chevy-head, please write to us. We're looking for your stories and photos (What was your first car? Why do you love your Chevy?).

Please ask any car history buffs to write us. You know the kind - the ones who will talk all night about how things like gas crisises and the Space Race gave us futuristic cars with smaller engines

Our email is [email protected].

Thank you!

Glad to see you here, BP!

And that Nova would be a great one to be featured on this show!

None of my Chevys are ready for prime time - but I must have had at least 30 of them by now.

I've had three myself (97 Cavalier, 08 Cobalt, and now 07 Impala)... I might send a pic of the Impala and see where it goes but I get the impression they're not looking for W-Body freaks :P

I'm not a 'Chevy-head'; I drive one now, but consider myself a Pontiac man. Have owned 1.5 Chevys, 7 Pontiacs.

Yes but you probably have a library of old car information at your house and in your head. :P

I submitted my story and a few pics.

Was in contact with these folks for a few emails and thought I might actually have a shot at being in the movie.

I'm not so sure now, though. I'm on a "we'll let you know" basis. But at least they still have my story and pix. :)

At any rate, judging by the super nice cars they've been posting on Facebook (some A LOT nicer than my fix 'er up-ers) the movie should be really good.
