What is your favorite fish?

I have recently decided to be fishi-terian along with just eating veggies, so I cannot stop but think of seafood and ways to make it taste GOOD!

Which fish would you like to eat if seafood was the only option available?

Mine:

  1. Calamari
  2. Salmon
  3. Grouper
  4. Promfet

Tuna, Salmon, Catfish, Sand Dab, Red Snapper, Halibut, Cod...I love all fish.

Throw in crustaceans and mollusks and I'm really all over it...

Yeah I forgot the catfish and snapper. Suddenly list gets extended.

Another one I like is snook. Too bad it is now banned from being fished till 2014 because last winter almost destroyed snook population in FL.

Swordfish done right is no fishier than anything else, IMHO.

1. Swordfish

2. Tilapia

3. Salmon

4. Tuna

5. Bluefish

I love fish, though... pretty much anything except Scrod... Not real fond of Cod or Catfish... usually prepared awful.

Trivia... I recently learned that Tilapia are actually Cichlids... closely related to Oscars, Convicts, Firemouths... aquarium fish.
