A Buick temptation

Meh... get a '71 or '72. The '73s have a lot of one year parts and are not nearly as cool as the earlier ones. The car in 'Crank' is not a '73.

It wouldn't surprise me if this is the same brown '73 that was owned by the guy I bought the '70 Bonneville parts car from. Note he says he has all the paperwork going back to '73... but he doesn't say he owned the car the whole time.

Why would a brown car have green carpeting?

$3999 is probably a good price if its solid. I wonder if they had the original motor rebuilt.

The '73 is nice, but I prefer the '71-72 design w/ the more expressive rear end and the oh-so-cool offset rear license plate.

'semi shag' carpeting sure sounds wrong in early '70s GMs (Fleetwood aside).

I had a '72 with the DeLuxe interior and it had loop pile.

^ Agreed on the toned-down rear of the '73.

If I had my choice, it would be a '71.

But I've always had a thing for these - such an unabashed, in-your-face, Big-ass coupe full of attitude.

I've had a two door fetish of late myself...
