That body kit's actually now available from GM Accessories. I'm at least somewhat interested in it.

The top one is at least unique. If you're going to spend all that money, why not change the look dramatically?

As for the one z28 posted: If you got that bodykit, my guess is that most people wouldn't notice. It's just a lip kit, like Toyota sticks on some Corollas. Does it look sportier? Maybe, but I just don't see the point of doing all that work for such a subtle change.

I like the front more, other than the body kit. The thicker bar looks better, and resembles the Chevy SS concept. The production front looks too economy car like.

I think that's why I like it (not the Corolla part). It gives us 2.2 guys an affordable opportunity to get 95% of the SS look without doing all the mods required to swap the bumpers. Believe it or not the SS and non-SS bumpers have different mounting points and some mods need to be made to both the body and the bumper. Plus, at $800 + paint, it's relatively cheap for a body kit.
