BRAND NEW 04 SSR Found on a Dealer Lot!

Recommended Posts

:) Was looking at an Equinox in Belle Plaine Iowa today for the wife when I spied a SSR parked up by the building - turns out it is an '04 with less than 60 miles on it! Redline Red over Ebony. GM stuffed it down his throat and he has been stuck with it for a very very long time. I know it is the 5.3 auto - but come on, you can steal it for as close to $30k as you want.

It has been stored inside during the winter months and is spotless. Just thought I would throw it out there to the group and see if anyone is interested.

Call Bill Grieder at 319-444-2259 or 1800-326-1348

Also has a brand new 04 GTO - same colors...guess they were not hot sellers in a town of 5000 people! :stupid:

The SSR probably isn't worth $30k once you drive it off the lot, but that's a pretty good price.

How much is the GTO?

you could probably get at 05' SSR (that has LS2) for near 30k... with 6k rebate, and probably around 4-5k profit in the vehicle... you could get a really nice deal.

04's are not worth it... same with the 04 GTO... the LS2 is worth a little more

8) He shot me a quick price of around $20k for the Goat...if you needed a nice road car and did not care about the LS2 - it was a steal. I would love to have it, but I need another car payment like I need a hole in my head...besides, I want everything to be free and clear when my Camaro is ready :ohyeah:

Now my friend is interested....is it an auto?

By chance, a pic of it?

We may have to fight for the goat... 8)

No pics, however there was a number in the initial post that you could call for photos...Bill is the guy I spoke with.

And yes, it is an Automatic. It was very very very clean. They even store it inside when the weather is not nice enough for it to be outside.

I hope he buys it...sad to see such a nice car wasting away on the lot.

Hmm...

Not unless I get my hands on it first.

I'm debating whether to dump my coupe for the GTO....heck, if I could push it a little lower under 20k, I could just keep both. :thumbsup:8)

He's talking to his wife...sounds like she'll let him have it. :)

I wonder if he'll ship it for free? ^_^

I'd hate to have to drive it that far home.... :(

Where do you live - I would baby it to you...meaning it would still have some tires left on it when it got there. :P

Is anyone seriously trying to buy these cars? I literally met Bill for 5 minutes and looked at a car on his lot, and told him that I would mention them on this board...had no idea that it might actually get them moved for him, even at the substantial loss you guys are offering! 8)

Michigan.

I'm loooking into it-if I could get it for a good price-why not? 8)

My buddy loves GTOs...so we'll see.

I'm sure that goat would be happy either of us. ^_^
