Cheers or Jeers: 1986 Cadillac Deville Coupe with 2,080 miles.

ATTN Cadillac collectors and lovers.  This car is the definition of pristine. Vintage 1986 Cadillac Coupe DeVille with all the bells and whistles! Garage kept straight from the showroom floor in 86.  No damage, clean title, runs great.  This is as car show ready as they get.  Not a spec of rust, all factory items still included and still in new condition.  Car has less than 2100 original miles (not a typo).  This is the real deal, a once in a lifetime find!

Vehicle has 4.1 V8 engine, climate control, all power windows, locks and driver's seat. AC, factory floor mats that look new, leather seats without any wear, carpet without a single stain, factory CB radio, wood panel trim, and too much more to list. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I much prefer the Buick version as a coupe and the Pontiac Bonneville SSE as a sedan.

 

 

 

 

 

and the Oldsmobile version aint too shabby either. For that time period that is....

 

And yes I realize that what I posted are all versions of 1987 and 1988 vintage and not of 1986...

And...I also realize that the C, H and even the K platform of that time were not the same platforms, but they were indeed related...

 

So...with all that badge engineering and cutting corners from that time frame with GM and that particular car in question....Id rather the 3.8 V6 rather than that 4.1 liter V8 in Buick coupe and Olds and Pontiac sedan form.

I dont want that Cadillac at all....so JEERS for me!

Cheers for the model... but jeers for this particular car.  Don't like the continental kit and where did the original wheel covers go on a car with such low mileage?  They look like Cheapo PepBoys replacements.

For a Coupe de Ville, I prefer the earlier RWD models over these downsized ones.  Of the FWD deVilles, I like the late 90s ones and the '00+ DeVille/DTS.

Not a good car, the Olds and Pontiacs actually look nicer inside and out.  This is a sad piece of GM 80s cost cutting and crap building.  However, for 2,100 miles that is pretty insane to find a 30 year old car with 2,000 miles.  I see the auction ended at $4,500.  The low mileage is awesome, but it isn't a desirable or collectable car.  I voted Cheers anyway though, low miles and it is cheap.
