Not like it's anything special or rare, though...just a common truck with shitty mods. Run a tank over it..3 points

Someone (who likes cats, as a matter of fact) sent me this yesterday via text. Since it can't be told as a joke, I'll put it here instead of on the joke thread ...3 points

But it’s longitudinal-engined / RWD.... how could you possibly call it an “appliance”?? ?2 points

Been picking at various minor tasks on the B-59. Put the instrument cluster, steering wheel & front seat back in for the fist time since I disassembled it. Wanted to gauge the intended aftermarket gauges, and an hidden ignition 'combination lock' to disable the starter. Fun to actually sit in it again. Seat bottom is the original upholstery, seat back is an aftermarket cover. Interior is going to completely change over to black & silver, I think. Seating position has always struck me as weird in '59 GMs. The front floor is still completely flat (last year of that), and the rooflines were lowered vs. '58, resulting in a very 'chaise lounge' position... but myself & my son sitting in it today found it's not bad. Rear seat : shades of '70s F-Bodies :2 points

I will never understand IDIOTS that destroy auto's just for the sake of seeing if they can. Anything can be destroyed and why would you pay that kind of money to then abuse it. Must be a trust fund IDIOT! ?2 points

Beautiful weather this afternoon, took a drive for about 40 min out through the national park on some winding roads in the Caddy. Saw a white C8 rumbling along, and a dark blue C7 convertible top down.. feels good to get out of the house even if going nowhere in particular...1 point

Needed said again Well, it prolly has an engine block heater... so you can plug it in... so, appliance could be stretched over to fit it, I spose.1 point

I wouldn't come to you for advice on aesthetics. You're the guy who HATES the Chevy Bolt's white dash.1 point

And the dealer has no clue what they're talking about...par for the course. Standard feature since 2016: https://media.cadillac.com/media/us/en/cadillac/news.detail.html/content/Pages/news/us/en/2015/jun/0609-cadillac-car-play.html1 point

I agree that it is is pretty pointless, but at least its just a Ford pickup, nothing special... Ford builds hundreds of thousands of these appliances every year.1 point

Almost bought a truck a few times... ? My uncle has a old Sierra with am 8ft bed. I like how much you can put in the back, but for whatever reason it feels too long for me. When I was building my Silverado, I made sure I got a standard bed for my extended cab, as the short bed lack what i would put in for a Home Depot run. That is a downside when you can’t lay 2x4s down, and you have to stick them over the tailgate.......`1 point

Ford Super Duty is good looking enough to keep me out of a RAM or Chevy. Seriously. Clean Mopar action and a 409...Still holding out for a 421 Pontiac though., Kind of wins me some respect for Ford...this guy buys a hundred grand SEMA truck and does everything possible to destroy it...lights it on fire...bury it in a cornfield during a heavy rain...set it on fire...attack it with a backhoe...use it in extreme logging....dump 13,000 pounds of concrete in the bed...you name it....his wife attacks it with an axe and crowbar....and it still runs fine....1 point

Ya, just renewed my Jeep reg yesterday...said ‘2014 Jeep WGN’. Which makes sense, wagon is the body style, SUV is the vehicle type.1 point
-
You know that's 688 Crewcab 4WD standard beds, not necessarily diesels, right? That is matches for the body config, not powertrain.1 point

I just search zip code 98115 (seattle) in a 50 mile radius and a CC/SB with the 3.0L shows 28 exact matches. This is thru the chevrolet.com vehicle locator.1 point

Cinco de Mayo on Taco Tuesday. Tacos ordered, going to make Margaritas now...1 point

Are you sure those were only 3.0Ls? That motor doesn't seem to be that commonplace yet. A 100 mile radius of me -looking only at '20 CC/standard box 3.0L's- returns only 28 matches. If I deselect the 3.0L, that only rises to 285.1 point

Easy, those are the common cord used for DVD/Blue ray players. I have them on multiple home electronics in both the living room and family room. Ya need to Rip those babies and put them on a NAS for the house with Bluetooth/WiFi connectivity and then have a Bose Wifi/Bluetooth speaker out there. Then ya get some really sweet sounds.1 point
