Car Spotting
To close out the month, I've seen a leopard-print painted Sentra and another two-door 55 Chevy.

'81 Vette
What about Foose rims? I think his styles fit great with 60-82 American styling.

for Camino
Not to be cold, but if he can afford a GTO, he'll get around to affording his own computer.

Car Spotting
The most memorable were an Aston DB9 vert and a 73 Cutlass Supreme.

Automotive "trends"
That I absolutely had to have an airbag or ABS....not like I wouldn't want these things in a new car, but it's not a huge deal in anything pre-'94 (or anything used in the case of ABS).

Imports in the GM parking lot
We're a people that want what someone else has.....plus we get celebrity multi-millionaires (note the order) thrown in our face every single day from every medium. How can a normal person not feel envious, and in turn, unhappy with life and their work?

MySpace GM Group
::checks NOS's friend list:: You got way too many similarly-named chicks on there....

I'm anti-bias of any kind, and that being said, I'll own up to my statement in this regard... When I read what you said, to me, it didn't come off as "the Torq-Thrust look and the 7's styling simply don't go together" (a statement I would agree with) so much as like "BMWs are too good for Torq Thrusts." I'd call you on that as quickly as I would call Balthazar's "Torq-Thrusts are too good for anything modern, imported, or both, especially a BMW" song and dance, because I think both types of statements are ridiculous, coming off as if one man's taste is the gospel.

5th Gen. Camaro Rice
As interesting and as unchallenging as any of the others I've seen. Why everyone feels you should look to the 67 for the Camaro mold like Mustang went for their first gen motif is beyond me.

Would love to see the Kings get their act at least SOMEWHAT together....

I could see that one, but not the current one...

Sports sedans aren't performance cars? Can people who post here begin watching their biases at least slightly? No offense to any one person, but the lot of you have really been overdoing it lately....

First Torrent on the street and what I believe to be a 65 Galaxie sedan.

Sunday Breakfast
You guys eat a lot of pig in the morning...do the chest pains feel like a knife, a sword, or a gun?
-
Imports in the GM parking lot
There's a reason no one answered this post either time you posted it.

I wonder why no one voted forced induction...you guys don't like turbos? I know it's not ESSENTIAL, but still....

Not so fast, my friend....A- and B-classes are front-drive....
-
High Performance
It ain't about fast shifts to stick drivers, it's about control of the engine's power. And regardless of the car, some of the power will be lost with the slushbox

OK, Balthy, we know Nick is throwing his biased weight around kinda heavily, but the stock 7-series wheels (especially the split-star pattern--for lack of a better descruiption) are some of the most muscular, handsome rims out there. Compared to those, Torq Thrusts look kinda thin. Besides all that, there simply aren't many modern cars that Torq-Thrusts lend to the look of....they're basically meant to be on 60s and 70s pieces. Just like I think it looks crazy to throws spinners of some sort on a 57 Chevy.

What about the mighty Torq-Thrust IIs? Is it safe to say our tastes in rims are too conservative?

Car Spotting
Trying to remember it all.... -yellow 55 Chevy 4-door -Crayola green last-gen Celica on black rims -Ford LTD vert -73 Century -another 06 Sonata -another new Maserati Coupe -some 60s Mercury vert (intermediate with the red "390" badge on the side)...might not have been a Mercury, but actually a Fairlane.

Still nothing like BBS....it seems in this Lexani/Giovanna world, they have been largely forgotten....

A few notes to cellular customers
The Cingular merger came first. which then meant SBC buying AT&T only made sense.
