x2...I just figured it was some random woman from a film or something
  2. Woops, forgot to add this one to my list. Pretty good show; Sally Field steals it, though.

Dude, did you never look at the avatar?
  4. But biodiesel can run on diesel engines with only a software modification. So in theory, a diesel engine could be fueled with no crude oil.
  5. I like what the Jewish tradition views as "becoming a man" with the bar mitzvah. To me, they got it right over 6,000 years ago.
  6. Doesn't surprise me.
  7. I agree. I think it's the WAY PCS chooses to dance with glee at every bit of bad (for us) news, though, that pisses people off. Back in my mod days I prolly would've issues him a warning or two, but heck, I assume the mods are taking care of it however they do that these days. His posts are interesting, but I don't pay too much heed to them.
  8. If this were true it would have been an issue in 2000 not 2008.
  9. The Amazng Race Chuck Weeds Desperate Housewives

    Wow..

I joined sometime in late 2001 or early 2002 and became a mod shortly thereafter.
  11. There may be a 4th in the cards for Buick, but with combined PBG dealerships, there is less of a need for each brand to have a full lineup.

  13. Dude. A miscarriage means a FETUS was aborted by nature. You don't have a little brother that somehow was quietly growing and developing all these years and suddenly BAM comes out of the woodwork to freak the $h! out of your family because he looks like you.
  14. Happy Birthday
  15. Virtually no styling cues that could construed as Cadillac.
  16. 40 hour laptop batteries? Sweet. I'm tired of the $h! Dell gave me that runs out in 10 minutes.

    MacBook AIR!

Reg: Agreed on Vista (at least what I've heard)...I'm extremely happy with XPS and have no desire to downgrade anytime soon.

    MacBook AIR!

Fact of the matter is that an optical drive is necessary for two reasons: 1) updating software 2) viewing media you already own and don't want to pay any money for to download a duplicate copy As for the non-replaceable battery...so what happens when the battery fails? Batteries always fail, and they do so suddenly without any warning. Major design flaw. Oh yea, and as much as I hate Micro$oft, they make a better OS for everyday computing applications.
  19. I like it. Is this a Lincoln version of the Mazda CX9?
  20. For me, I don't need too many vehicles to be happy. Daily Driver 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora 3.5 (current) Future Daily Driver 2010 Cadillac CTC turbodiesel Inheritance Car 1980 Cadillac Sedan de Ville V6 I love my Aurora and can't see myself parting with it easily, but logically I probably will not own it forever. If I get married and have a family, then I'd add a Buick Enclave CXL.

Way to keep it classy NOS.
  22. Top-producing? What kind of honor is that? Anyone can crank a plant up to full speed, but then quality dips substantially, the market gets saturated faster, overproduction often occurs, and then the incentives start piling up.
  23. Looks good except for the Sebring rear.
  24. It looks somewhat similar to the (IMO) ungainly Centieme concept.
  25. Every religion shares the same basic principles of getting along with other people. Actually, when I look at the laws of our country, I see a lot of differences when compared to Christian doctrine...many fundamental. For example, violence in self-defense is acceptable in the US. Jesus supposedly said to turn the other cheek. I think if you compared the "moral code" of just about any religion to the laws of the US you'd find a lot of common ground. There'd also be differences, though.
