Well, since Wagoner hired Lutz, I would say that Buickman wouldn't have even had Lutz on his radar (Lutz isn't a marketing guru) and therefore Lutz wouldn't be at GM. Therefore Lutz wouldn't have ordered the Regal/LaCrosse redo, the STS redo, the Lucerne melt and repour, or any of the other myriad of positive changes Lutz has brought about. Therefore, I would say Buickman would be CEO of a company with even more uncompetitive product, though the marketing might be a bit better. We also would not have had the GTO, we wouldn't have the Solstice or SKY, the SSR would likely still have the wimpy engine, etc. The commercials would likely be better, but that's it.

No clue on LA. I do know he was getting tired of the myspace stuff on here. I honestly don't know why so many people are asking about BV. He made it pretty public and pretty clear that 1) His mom read his PMs 2) Some of the PMs sent by certain people disturbed her enough to ban him from the internet at home 3) He really cannot log on much from school, but that is/was his only option. 4) He posted his phone number on here briefly for people to call him Now, I'm sure at the very least a few of the people who were "so supportive" of him and PMed him daily and whatnot know how he's doing because they've been calling him, too, right? Zoom left the site after it was made clear to him it was a car site and not myspace, and after BV and others asked him to quit sexually harassing BV on the site.

I've noticed the top header goes to the site main page instead of the forum main page by default now...blech not a fan of that change as I have no use for the main page...straight to the forums for me! So much easier clicking that big blue header than the tiny "Forum" button way to the right... meh maybe I'll get used to it......

OK...I'd love for the side menus to stay open all the time, but they hide themselves upon every page load. I don't see a "View New Posts" function either. Otherwise it looks good.

Color combinations aren't its only problem, monte. The materials just are a generation or two behind the composition. I hate the Civic's design...too gimmicky...but the materials are great. It is a quality interior marred IMO by poor design. The G6...just wishes it had that problem. It's really unfortunate the interior is so lacking when the coupe and convertible could be really competitive if they didn't suffer from such obvious cost cutting measures. The sedan has some dated styling cues. Had this product turned out like the concept it would be a whole different story.

Honestly? I am not impressed with XM. ONE 80s station, and it sucks. It isn't an 80s pop, or 80s rock, or 80s rap...it's all of those into one. You go from singing along to "Beat It" to hearing "Fight Tha Power." Not cool IMO. Of course, there's like 20 Top 40 stations That said, I'd get XM. Why? You KNOW they will expand it...

Good, solid choice. I know a few owners of the current generation and they love them; I cannot imagine GM making the new ones any less desirable at all given the owner base.

Those two fronts look nothing alike, unless you have very blurred vision and the overall shape of the headlights appears "similar." Nothing else proportionally or visually appears similar.

I agree. Had the G6 been the Acura-fighter the concept portrayed we would be all shouting a different story altogether.

The Fusion? Cheap?? Ummmm, no. They use a very good number of soft-touch materials throughout. Ford interiors lately have been pretty good. Oh, and the Civic has better materials than the G6, though I cannot stand the Civic's interior design.

Good taste, of course. I like it because it looks the best with the rear lamp cluster and shows off all the body lines without being dull like white. I also liked that one color Moonstone, though without checking I think it's been discontinued.

Hm, maybe it's the driving? You know, some people actually like cars that handle well and don't wallow all over the road.
