  1. Saw PUSH over the weekend and that movie Rocked! Actually sat and watched all 3 High School Musicals. #1 was good, #2 was corny and #3 was passable. Wife loved them as did the daughter so over all I earned BIG Brownie points for watching them with the ladies. Watched Transporter #3 last night, really liked it. Good action flick. Watched Presidio last night also and that movie rocks. I pretty much watch at least one movie each night, a way to wind down for my wife and I after a busy day. Will post what we watched tomorrow. For those who like Shawshank, you should watch the Pelican Brief, that is another awesome movie.
  2. DAMN How can they let them destroy so many nice muscle cars. Over all I enjoyed the first 3 and am very happy the original crew from the first one is back for this 4th installment and it is more focused on American Muscle than just Ricer cars. So damn excited for April 3rd!
  3. My son said even at 3 hours long this movie rocked and that it was very faithful to the book. Going to watch it this weekend. Guess the Big Blue Dong is for the woman viewers!
  4. Must be the hang over from the GOP days of yor. :rotflmao:
  5. Nope I think you are wrong, if you go out to autoblog and look at the pic of right behind the car you will see the lights do match this, what is missing is the black trim around the lights as to why they look differant. DF, thanks for the updated post, that is great if it was saved by Mopar Performance. A dying shame if they truly crushed this car.
  6. Personally IMO WHO CARES! I know some would love the polo, but then this site is about GM and if GM does not see a need for a car like this then we do not need it, Right?????
  7. Defecation
  8. Interesting, Will take a Wait and See attitude!
  9. Damn, That is a HOT Looking Convertible, So MUCH BETTER than the Muttang. Shame, I hope someone ignores the Legal bots and stores it in a barn to be recovered years down the road and restored. Why could GM sell their only Duramax Diesel Suburban at auction and Chrysler could not? Hell GM has sold so many prototypes, I agree with many post that collectors would take full liability to buy this bad boy.
  10. QUOTE (Dodgefan @ Mar 18 2009, 08:21 AM) The front end changes are a big improvement IMO. +2 I would agree, was never a fan of the big Chrome Helmet type look. I like the reduced chrome bumper look, the opening for the oil cooler is a much improved enhancement. I would say it would be beneficial for even current owner to buy the newer bumper and put it on their truck to increase cold air cooling. This should rock, I will be looking forward to the GMC version also. Funny on the web link page how many people talk smack about GM and that Dodge or Ford are superior and yet I have read more issues about the reliability of the Ford Powerstroke Engines and a few about the cummins. Yes there are even a few things about the Duramax, but overall, this engine is far superior in many ways including how quite the engine is compared to the competition. Love the boost to 700 Foot pounds of torque.
  11. Yea Right, CATS, Lick themselves and then throw up all over with smelly dirty hairballs. They have been proven to be one of the dirtiest animals. I will stick with Kids and dogs. They are much better.
  12. WOW, that is cool, but allot of work for you by May unless you have others that are going to help. Good Luck.
  13. YES, us Germans do like those places!
  14. SWEET That is a cool web site, Found my lovely Camero already.
  15. No this will not happen until one of two things, Buick gets sold off to be independant or gm actually does survive and focuses on Buick to get the product line up and running even better. I suspect the independant option as of now.
  16. I totally agree with you DF.
  17. I got some of the shell gas with nitro and did not really notice much of a differance. The auto still ran smooth and fine.
  18. I like this, if they have a Hybrid version in AWD then my daughter just found her new Vehicle.
  19. Everyone needs to keep in mind that if you have been an active athlet over the years, the body remembers and jumps back into shap faster than a person who never worked out, then in their mid 30's see an over weight person and decide to go to the gym to get in shap. With that you have to accept that only time will show you the final results. like Carbiz says, a few weeks will tend to throw off some water and get a few results but it will be easy to put it back on and then some if you do not plan LONG TERM. body drops in the first 30-60 days water weight and easy burn fat cells. Days 60 to 120 the body is not sure you will stay with it so it goes into hybernation mode and trys to store everything. Say with cardio and weight lifting as after about 100 - 120 days your body as long as it continues to get proper nutrition will start to drop weight again and this is when you start to see real gains. Plan for around 1200 to 1800 calories per day as most people in the 5'4" to 5'10" range only need that many calories a day and you will drop the weight and see changes. Goal is even when you do not feel good, unless you have a fever, you should still go and do 30 min of cardio, your body doing a lighter work out is better than no workout and you will still burn calories and ton. Good luck to all who love to work out.

  22. Totally agree with your comments.
  23. YUP, Born and Raised here on the eastside in Kirkland, before the freeway (405) actually ran up to Lynnwood. College educated in the US and Japan and a Big POON Lover! Response to Thread! Sirloin
  24. :rotflmao: That is so true, I have done that to my wife and kids many times. :rotflmao: So few of us really can drive an auto to the edge and stay totally in control. :sign0200:
  25. GM needs to wake up and realize that Diesel engines in 4, 6 & small block V8 size can be a faster saving grace as long as they are quite like a gas engine and no visible emissions with high milage will beat Hybrid all to heck. I have been waiting a very long time to get a baby duramax in a suburban. Good thing I have decided to rebuild my 94 GMC with a Duramax and build my own modern diesel. I cannot wait for the Idiots in the Ivory tower any longer. :angry2:
