  1. The grille is growing on me.
  2. Looks much better now and I actually like the interior.
  3. Is it a Toyota based deal, or a GM this time.
  4. I did not know imports had different cafe regs. Are they stricter err easier.
  5. The DTS is a good big FWD car. I hope GM thinks twice before nixing the FWD DTS Cadillac's best selling model last year. The DTS uses its space better than I realize. GM should update the platform and give it a six speed for the traditional Cadillac buyers. Having no cars that appeal to them is not a wise choice. Most of these people pay cash for their cars. If they want to do a new RWD car around the same size and better performance with a higher price make sense so long as it is sold alongside an updated DTS. Just my five cents.
  6. GTO by no means was a bust. It was a success by almost all accounts. Paved way for the G8 didn't it. I think a CUV/SUV should be considered look at BMW they even have two.
  7. How again is this good new... It is just put off or am not seeing it?
  8. The 3500 VVT is a very proven power-plant and has an amazing torque band. I think having more options (aka) engine is a wonderful thing. Empowering consumer to pick exactly what they want. I believe someday 6spd. autos will be standard. At least they are getting a start. Who knows next year you might not be able to get a 'Bu or Aura with a 4spd. automatic. Give them time... GM is off to a solid start (finally) better late than ever.
  9. I agree, no Caprice please.
  10. Congrats on your new Park Avenue. May you have very many happy miles with her.
  11. This is good news I am glad they decided to offer a 4 cylinder model.
  12. Really we all need to adjust are way of thinking. 15% sales increase is HUGE! That is excellent, GM is on its way and someday it won't sound like were getting our butts kicked due to less fleet sales. This is huge accomplishment for the General way to go guys! Good Work!
  13. Sounds pretty simple really. Just making Chevy well better.
  14. I know I love the GXP powertrain but they ruined the front of a very sleek and modern car. Idots.
  15. I do miss the hood ornaments and the white walls.
  16. GM is selling them and making money off of them so I really don't care.

    New Toyota AE86?

A Toyota I actually might like. I can't believe I said that! Looks pretty cool.
  18. I agree with some of what you said. The DTS doesn't make the most of its space. Nor does my Bonneville that rides upon a G. My lil W Impala has more room.
  19. I think Buick is going to have a huge impact on the luxury car market. Only thing missing from the plan above is a new FWD Lucerne/DTS with state of art motors/trannys.
  20. So these photo's don't come any bigger. Oh are these the Car and Driver ones.
  21. These cars should be sold until they have like no-low sales. Traditionally these have been good sellers for Cadillac. Bring out a new RWD car priced about the same with that much room and I'll consider.
  22. Glad I am getting my Torrent prolly with-in the next year then.
  23. Don't kill the FWD DTS. They still need some FWD products. Get working on a new platform.
  24. Sounds good to me... But the 4banger should get a STANDARD 6spd. automatic.
  25. I bet most mods will be offered for the Cobalt but seriously, not all might because the motor is mounted the other way. Do I here a Pontiac G5 GXP?
