  1. Does your viewpoint on whether or not GM should get a bailout have to do with your love for GM products or do you truly think it will be better for the automobile sector and the economy of 300+ million people? I still havent heard all the sides but im leaning to letting the private enterprise deal with its problems with private enterprise funds. What about yourself?
  2. Granted CEO's are outrageously payed, putting parts on car is not a 40 dollar an hour job.

Shellac: 1. A purified lac in the form of thin yellow or orange flakes, often bleached white and widely used in varnishes, paints, inks, sealants, and formerly in phonograph records. 2. A thin varnish made by dissolving this substance in denatured alcohol, used to finish wood. 3. An old phonograph record containing this substance, typically played at 78 rpm. What so ever does thy mean? haha
  7. I sometimes feel like it is my unmoral duty to be a smart-ass to police officers so i know where your coming from pontiac customs. by the way, where did you come from in Europe?

  9. boo hoo. Being exposed to spanish for some reason is perceived as anti american. Give em a break learning a foreign language is hard, im trying to learn spanish right now.
  10. I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night.
  11. yea they definitely do that because they also want to throw off a bunch of democrats votes. And you see more redneck evangelicals having electoral votes than democrats so its definitely them trying to please a certain more important demographic (rednecks) not them just doing what they think is right. [/sarcasm]
  12. ahh politics i love them. i hold quit a few issues dear. Federal/National Debt: What a bunch of $h!. The generation above me (you old chronies) has got away with low taxes (not your fault but your governments fault) and racked up the national debt. The scuffles in the world through out the late 80's through today have caused lots of money to be spent but without raising taxes. During World War 1 or 2 maybe, some old chronie ( a smart one) (The President), made the Income Tax to help finance the war debts. He also said no one should profit from war and heavily taxed the defense companies of america. Instead during the Bush Administration theres been tax cuts. No one to pay for the war or any other debt racked up in the last 20 years besides the people below you. Demand that the Debt be payed off. Individual Liberty Such as things like drug usage. Im no drug user on any standard but i dont think the government should give a flying f about drug usage. I mentioned this as an example for how the government is way to restrictive. Abortion I am pro life. Not because im religious (not at all sadly) but because babies in the womb or not are people too and no one has the right to kill people. Policing the world. Its a dirty job but no one better to do it. Basically if Hugo Chaves keeps opening his fat mouth or i hear another cocky peep out of Putin we should go over there and kick some ass. (all while rasing taxes and not violating individuals liberty or killing any babies) Im opinionated, i know, i love to share as well. I love my Con Law and Am History classes.

  14. Rather than hiding your children from the vast amont of knowledge there is on the net why not just punish them when they see something they shant be seeing. I cant imagine any good reasons for not letting children on the net.
  15. Im not a big fan of Lenovo. There seems to always be a premium. Why no Vista. Theres is almost no reason to not buy Vista, all the bad hype is all bull$h!. Vista is more secure. Vista does run more smoothly than XP, and crashes less. Ive had Vista for a year now and XP for since it came out. Yes Vista takes more specs (My Vista laptop runs idle at 1 GB of RAM.) And as far as graphics i think we all know there nice but they wont lag you down with that Intel GM965 integrated chipset... thats what i have. You cant do more things faster and easily with Vista. Sweet computer though, fast processor and definitely enough RAM for XP. Ive always wanted a 7200 rpm disk too. My Laptop (Just thought id share) HP Compaq Presario 17 in. 1440 by 900 Screen. 1.60 GHz Pentium Dual Core Intel Integrated Graphics Intel GM965. 2 GB 667 MHz RAM 160 GB 5400 rpm disk Vista Home Premium (A few simple tweaks with Vista, it runs great!) 3 USB, 1 RJ-45, 1 RJ-11, S Video Out, SD Card Reader, DVD Drive (No Express Card Reader.. boo hoo) 599$
  16. Safari is not as fast. And firefox can do everything Safari can. Its a fact. Theres a preview of it running on Vista.
