    and another one! :AH-HA_wink:
  2. I would avoid the chrome package though....it doesn't seem to age well.... I just saw a 05 LTZ Balt, and the chrome looked pretty crappy....
  3. Nah-I see more of a push to "recycle" these cars.... And if you don't want to do it-your neighbor might..... Nobody in Congress cares about cars. Period.
  4. We aren't going to get a chance to do anything about it. You only have to look at the population growth to see that. Carbiz does make a good point, as you are going to see this in more and more cities world wide. We used to laugh at the idea of a banning of muscle cars, but that is not going to seem as funny as the "greenies" get more and more of their way. In most ways, it is just a matter of time..... I actually see less cars as more and more cities will jump on the public transportation bandwagon.... The next ten years are going to be very intersting for us car people....
  5. That sucks... Hopefully it gets fixed soon..
  6. veri interesting....it seems to easy to freak people out now a days.....
  7. Does anyone go to GMI? I tried to get on there once, and it would let me on.... After two days of trying, I gave up....
  8. It's here..and boy is it windy outside....
  9. I guess I could answer since I've been a Balt owner for a few weeks....and that Many people I own own Balts..... My aunt has a 2007 sedan, and she loves it. She does mostly highway driving, which some city mixed in. It has no problem getting low to mid 30s driving, and she is not easy on the car either. No issues, just oil changes so far.... My Cobalt is an 06, so short of the work I have to put into it, it has been a good car. And survived a good smack to the front end... It rides nice, and is good on the freeway. And the coupe is a looker...though the sedan is ok too. and the DIC is nice, though setting it can drive me nuts... Even though mine is a beater (though I really can't call it that-even though it's replacing the wagon) it will still get a lot of care and washes, as even my wagon was washed, cleaned, and well maintained... I figure after I replace the fuel filter, air filter, add mobil 1, and do a good fuel system cleaning, she should be able to get low 30s with no problem (high 20s if most ends up city) Though ocn, if you do get a Balt, add Mobil 1-it really makes the Eco shine. After 40k in her Cav, the Eco still runs like new... THough it's not the most exciting car, it woul have no problem owning another one.... While I'm thinking about it-what about an HHR?
  10. Yeah, that sounds good..... Might even give me a chance to upgrade the battery... Diehard, Maybe? Got to keep the Wifie safe.....
  11. I'll keep that in mind, 76....
  12. And they are all over TV-even worse.... *looks for a Toyota to set fire to* If they want to smash perfectly good GM cars, then we can burn Toyotas to keep warm..... That should help move a few Tundras anyways...

  15. That sounds cool.....I hate doing anything to the cars outside... Easier to work on them inside..
  16. Glad to see you're ok though.... Hope they catch the moron...... I know how you feel, after someone wacked the Balt and drove off.....stupid drivers like that shouldn't have cars in the first place...
  17. *throws a very large snowball at Veez*
  18. I'd much rather have rain than that much snow....
  19. Well, this looks interesting.... Soounds like a 8-12 inches of snow here..what about you guys? Ready for a good snowball fight?
  20. Interesting..yeah...interesting....
  21. x2
  22. Here in MI, I don't remember getting this much ice in years...one right after another it seems... Lots of rain too..... I hear we are due for a snowstorm soon... Stupid La-El Nina/Nino......
