Well, I do golf, and to be fair, I'm not exactly partial to Nike's equipment. But to be honest, I don't see or forsee too many people buying shirts with a Buick logo on them, let alone likely paying a premium. Besides, Titleist is awesomer... As for the trunk deal, I guess it is a good reference, but the salesman could maybe also say wheelchair, luggage, stroller and make it sound a little less "product placement"

3rd movie?... uh... wait? Michael Bay is going for some sort of Lord of the Rings Trilogy deal here?... Michael Bay isn't exactly a great movie maker for starters, and he wants to make a trilogy. After all, Fly's Sig says it all: Pearl Harbour Sucks.

I remember my dad showing me it in a magazine or something a while back, and the idea of a Pontiac "Corvette" just kinda stuck... What was the idea of a Pontiac Corvette anyway? Was it supposed to be more expensive, less expensive? Plusher and more luxurious?

The urban cowboys and their families are the ones who'll demand the top tier interiors. That's exactly who that new Tundra interior is built for. A contracter or farmer won't care too much about the plastics and colour, just as long as it's solid and built to last. GM's got to appeal to both markets, and I'm sure they did. I hope GM has put time into making an interior that is at least class meeting, which isn't too hard considering the Ram's, Titan's and F-150's interiors. As Sci mentioned earlier, if the interiors are like the ones in the SUV's, GM shouldn't have much of a problem moving these. As for gas prices... if you want a truck, chances are gas prices aren't an issue. To be honest, those who are considering a Kia Spectra, likely aren't going to even look at a Sierra SLE 1500.

It'll be interesting to see how this turns out. I think many of us have heard that the new Monaro could be a GTO, a Chevelle, or in some cases, a Monte.
