  1. I'll tell you what: a black angus burger with 3 kinds of cheese (like cheddar, provolone, and monetary jack), with thick peppercorn bacon, ketchup, maybe a little mayo, and bbq sauce. F that lettuce and tomato BS. Real men eat meat and cheese (with tomato product sauces).
  2. Would you rather it not have the fender flares so the fat tires stuck out of the body like one of those Mexican customs?
  3. I've driven newer cars, although not the LX cars or the G8 yet, however among the cars I have driven these still ride and handle extremely nice. They were also of the era when Chrysler made an effort with their interior designs, which, save save for the extra chrome and metallic surfaces on newer interiors, looks perfectly modern.
  4. I keep forgetting about the Jeeps, shame on me The GC is a favorite of mine when it comes to SUVs. My boss drives a last gen one, it's very comfy and she loves it, she's also got a Z3. I love the original Cherokee, you could beat the living hell out of them, plus they had the look of the classic SUV. Someday I want to pick up a used one for offroading and winters.
  5. I don't know how I would get 4 cars there and back in reasonable time.
  6. I don't think any good drink or food item is one that I have to "get used to" I've tried a few types, I dunno how they rank on the beer scale, but they each tastes like crap to me.
  7. You should know from experience that the LH cars are a whole different car compare d to the Camrys and Accords. They handle very well, drive very well, and handle speed very well (we cruised 80-100 mph all the way to Tulsa and back). They are also special cars due to their revolutionary design, and while they may be FWD, the engine placement is of the correct direction. The 300M wasn't just about power, it was about luxury and all around handling. Besides, the next generation became RWD. Meanwhile the historic Impala nameplate soldiers on as a FWD car on an outdated platform. Get back to me when GM ever makes it RWD. I also take more than a little offense that you imply that just because I love my FWD car, and that it isn't some massive, 5 ton, gas sucking, poor handling aircraft carrier that I'm not an enthusiast, or less of an enthusiast. There's different kinds of enthusiasts, we don't all have to adhere to one person's idea of what makes a car enthusiast.
  8. I'm thinking the entire operation fleet of yours, mine, and XP's.
  9. I 2nd that idea. That thread would be like 50 pages long though.
  10. You're comparing the Camry's top engine, thus you should compare the 9-3's tope ngine. Not that this is apples to apples anyway, since they don't even compete with each other, but then none of your comparisons are fair or well thought out.
  11. I hope it won't be called LaCrosse.
  12. The 90's actually was a good time for Chrysler. They revolutionized the staid pickup segment with the 2nd gen Ram, the introduced Cab Forward Design, they continued to innovate with their minivans, they had the not too big not too small Dakota and Durango, and so on. And of course their was the Viper.
  13. In Tusla there was a Long John Silver's/A&W. I think in Salem, NH there's a DeAngelo's/A&W.
  14. Nit when Coke tastes as good as it does. One thing I'd like to know is what happened to Gott soda...I loved their soda but haven't seen it in years.
  15. Sounds like he owns a junkyard.
  16. I think the G37 is sharp, and I have always loved the G35 coupe. Wouldn't mind owning either down the road. That being said the first 2 new cars I purchase will be a Camaro and a Challenger. Not sure what model/transmission on the Camaro yet though.
  17. Wrong again. The 9-3 XWD makes 280 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque.
  18. Hardly, the Stealth was cool but a rebadged 3000GT, a cool car but heavy and didn't handle as well as the styling suggested. It was also cramped. The Prowler. The Vision lived on as the 300M, along with the other LH cars. The LX replaced them with great success. LH and LX are large cars, the amrket is shifting to smaller cars. What Chrysler needs are vastly improved midsizers, the compacts, and a real replacement for the Neon. But yes, the late 90's were good times for Chrysler.
  19. I can't remember if I ever dried Braums when I was in KS, although there was one. One thing that is cool about down there is they have frozen custard places, I've never seen any shops in New England.
  20. I actually didn't mind the rear, it was the front of the 300M (and Concorde and LHS) that bothered me slightly. Couldn't ever put my finger on it, something to do with theheadlights shape and small grill. I still like them though. The 300M did have 250 horsepower at one point, it was also the sportiest of all of the LH cars and was considered to give some of the Euro luxury marque's cars and the Japanese luxury marques a run for their money.
  21. It has horrible proportions, and a B-pillar. No V16? Pulease. Next!
  22. I'm liking that idea. However you're not thinking big enough. We should somehow get our entire fleets together for one massive photo op. It would be EPIC!
  23. I perfer the look of the Intrepid, plus if you know e well, I hang on to my cars for eva! muhahaha Besides, if I go the 3.2 route the engine is only $800. Probably a little more to get the extras I'd need for a swap. A used Concorde LXi/LHS/300M would easily cost over $5,000. I like the idea of upgrading my Intrepid as I go. Ideally I'd like to find a wrecked LHS or 300M with a black interior and and put those ultra comfy leather seats in mine, as well as the automatic climate control module. Anyway, the 2.7 is still going strong, and problem free since I replaced that crankshaft sensor. Once I do the timing chains she should be good for quite some time, hopefully. I'm interested to see how far it'll go, and maybe set some record for most miles on a 2.7L. On Dodgetalk there's a guy who did just that, and the results are sexy. Chrysler luxury with Dodge sporty styling. I love my car too much to ever get rid of it.
  24. Nah, it's the stuff you can buy at the store. You know what I want? Some Surge.
  25. Shoulda taken a picture of it with the Intrepid at Wendy's on Sunday!
