It's definitely sweet... but this '47 Buick is a 'phantom'- Buick didn't build a 3-window coupe in this era. Sure wish they did- the coupe has tremendous 'back'. ?

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Brings Back the Blazer As A Crossover
balthazar replied to William Maley's topic in Chevrolet
Nissan should have had a competitor for the SIlverado in 1980, not 2004 (BTW; still not a competitor). Point being- I don't believe OEMs are putting the bloa-funked murano up as a target for product planners. Nissan's non-car sales ace is the rogue; everything else in their trucklet portfolio does so-so. -

Murano is selling barely over twice the rate of the Armada. It could slide off into oblivion and I doubt many people would notice/care. -
• 1980's edition Avanti, black, exc shape, rollin. • '57 Bel Air 2-dr hardtop, white over champagne, perfect restoration, rollin.

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Brings Back the Blazer As A Crossover

Yeah- they pretty much do... but that's fine & understandable. Unfortunately for my opinion, brands should be able to build models that don't HAVE top look like their other models with all the same 'cues'. Most don't, however. -
General Motors has 4 facilities in Mexico and 40 in the U.S.. Fort Wayne & Flint are online to build the next Silverado/Sierra, and fully 80% of GM pickups sold in the U.S. are built in the U.S..

So it's basically telling people around you that you're still alive, via a sticker. And all this time I've just been sporadically screaming out the truck window.

What is the sentiment, exactly?

Not in 1948- article states that the unrestored one has 'crispy' wiring... IE; susceptible to shorts due to deterioration from being 70 years old. I know that well from the original wiring that WAS in my '40. Cloth wrapping gets brittle/dry and falls apart.

Not that; talk about unfair import tariffs / company partnering in the Chinese market. That's years and years and years ongoing. Chinese import tariffs were (until minutes ago) 25%; the same rate being characterized as a "trade war" from the US side of the issue. -

Talk about these issues far precedes April tho. -
Lexus News: The Uncertain Future of the Lexus GS and IS
balthazar replied to William Maley's topic in Lexus
I want a Cadillac about 10 inches longer and 3 inches wider than the Ct6. Whether the next gen CT6 grows in size, or a 'CT8' appears, I'd like to see a range topper noticeably larger. As for pricing, overlap already occurs everywhere. Doesn't the E63 overlap the S550 by 10 or 15 grand? -

^ Hmmm; an admittance that protectionism 'doesn't work'? Or a gesture towards lessening an existing trade war? ? -
A nice, and sly, gesture on Chevrolet's part.
