    GMC Acadia?

AH-HA, evok, Uncle Dave woud one of you guys just tell us what the heck is going into the Lambdas so we can quit arguing?
  2. Most likely they will be clays or clown suited clays. Probably full scale but there could be the actual concepts that will show up at the shows, one offs.
  3. No I am not an insider. But Epsilon II will be Ep I based and that means transverse engine mounting which means FWD biased if AWD shows up and there is NO chance that a transverse RWD car will come out of GM.
  4. It also proved to be to expensive to build at a kappa price point, at the moment.
  5. Epsilon II is FWD/front bias AWD. It is NOT RWD. Also the 300 is about the same size as the Lacrosse but it is shorter in length. It appears to be a much bigger car but it really isn't all that big.
  6. Bet money on 6 speed autos, rwd with awd optional on some models. 6.0 ls2 V8 and HF v6 that is in the current Holdens. 6 speed manuals will also be around on some models.
  7. Those of us using foxfire would appreciate a little help, I really don't like IE. But I will make due till it is changed.

    GMC Acadia?

Actually what AH-HA said was there was no mention of DOD so he didn't think it was an LS4. Now that news of DOD being on the V8 is out then one can only guess that the LS4 will be in place, no news of a DOD N* (yet.)

    GMC Acadia?

Actually the N* was just a guess and I think it is wrong now. There was an article put out recently that did mention DOD in Lambdas. I would venture to say the LS4 will slide into place and that the N* might end up in the top level Buick but I would doubt it.
  10. I am always up for a new challenge, throws hat in ring. :metal:
  11. Actually this is the first sub theta we have seen
  12. See the big C in the middle of the windscreen. It is there to identify which test model it is. Also on the lower part of the driver's windshield there is a bar code for the computer to log it in and out. I bet the professional photographer noted that but couldn't get a picture of it. Hence it is published as a known GM vehicle. Also I bet the alpha numeric series on the trailer belongs to GM. It could have had a GM manufactures tag on it. See you don't know everything, unless you were there and took the pictures and can prove it.
  13. How about the T2X or something like it??? ^_^
  14. The current GTO didn't meet Canada's 3 mph bumper test. It did, however, meet the US 5mph bumper test. Also the Aus plant is working overtime to build 18,000 for the US. It the Canadian sales were just 3,000 it would add a lot more to the overall cost. Remember the Holden Monaro sells less than 1,000 per year.
  15. To show my love for the vairs from ebay. And now for something completely different. Vair Van And Corvair pickup.
  16. Willmington is in need of a relatively small production program to fill space left from Kappa. Also the G-body plant and old Grand Am plant are available.
  17. Hmm...GMs partnership with Fuji may pay off more than just helping SAAB.
  18. I would like to see the pictures of the redesign of the Bel Air concept that hangs in the Tech Center lobby. I have heard it is QUITE different. That is what lowering the Bel Air does. I would really like to see a tweeked version of it. Also a version with the New Impala grill inserted into the original's front.
  19. I would personally like to see an Equinox with a manual version of that roof and midgate. I think it would be rather neat.
  20. Why won't they make this as a traditional coupe? It would rock SO much. Also gotta agree on the steering wheel. It looks VERY nice.
  21. I think the Caddy will wait till New York. Maybe GMC at Chicago, but who knows right now.
