1. While I shop at Walmart for random crap I need, I will not buy CDs there. Damn censorship. Won't buy clothes there either since that is just... ugh. The sad part is that Walmart has age restrictions for so much crap now. I can't buy super glue there since I'm not 18, yet I can buy it anywhere else. I can't things like oil or gas treatment there either. It's ridiculous. Luckily when I have to travel to a Walmart, I dont have to travel any further for other places.
2. Yeah, the whole "metrosexual" thing is retarded. By that means, "metros" are gayer than me.
3. Well, if you are using Photobucket... the images as they appear on your main page, as thumbnails, just right click and get it's photo url. Then use it like you would as a regular image with the correct code. Then get the larger photo url, use like you would a link and put it around the image code. Example:
4. Saw it during the Comedy Central Autism thingy... looked good. Beats the hell out of most GM commercials, for sure.
5. *Agrees* *Agrees* *Agrees* ^ What he said. God, I love the quoting feature. I can quote the posts full of logic and knowledge, while not having to actually write much, nor get into a heated discussion... and make my point clear to those devoid of a brain. Yay.
6. Ouch... my eyes. Please, someone remove that eye sore from the above post.
7. Eh... Don't you dare diss my Millenia. Great review otherwise...
8. Still sounds like stress to me. You may not think you are... but you it's not impossible.
9. Razor, I offered my opinion on all this BS long long ago. Look it up if you have to. As far as me and GM... Why the hell do you think I'm here? I am, for all intents and purposes, a GM fan. I dont hate GM and I dont hate all GM vehicles. I'm just critical of them. I have an opinion, mind you, and I dont give anything a free pass if I dont agree with it or dont like it. That does not make me "dislike every GM vehical on the market". I don't and I've never given that impression. Neither do you. I also happen to like other manufacturers and vehicles. As do you. I,however, don't go around bashing any and everything GM, like a troll does. I know of a few trolls, one I mentioned. You aren't one of them, obviously. Understand, now? I do not flip, I do not flop, I most certainly dont flip flop. I haven't changed. Guess you haven't either, even though I try to be tolerant of you. It would be nice if you gave me break for once. Now.. for Lutz and Wagoner? I questioned Lutz for the longest time. I thought he was overrated and unable to turn GM around. Once I considered that vehicles, like the G6, were already being developed (albeit, as the 6th gen Grand Am) when Lutz arrived and he did the best he could to improve it and that vehicles of his creation, like the Solstice, I gave him credit. He improved the hell out of what he had to work with. If you've ever seen the pic and all the sketches and mocks up of what the G6 would have been (as the Grand Am) if Lutz hadn't arrived, you'd understand too. However, he couldn't change everything, so that of which you complain about is there. Those are the sort of things he couldn't do a damn thing about. It was already designed into the structure and platform. Now, the Solstice, that his creation and it shows. It is a truely competitive car. It's not perfect, but its far better than anything pre-Lutz. Same with the GMT-900s, same with the upcoming Lambdas, same the NG CTS. Lutz knows what he is doing and he's damn good at it. Some people are too impacient to see that. Now, I repeat: Farago is still obviously wrong, Buickman is still an egotistical retard, Toyoguy is still a troll, and Evok is still one of the only posters on here that knows a goddamn thing about anything. I'll add that I still think this thread and the ones before it are retarded, pointless, meaningless, and full of repeated BS.
10. Hmm... I most definitely consider Audi "true" luxury.
11. Cant say I disagree with that. Acura, however, was more like what Oldsmobile used to be. More upscale, sporty, and luxurious than the average Chevrolet, but a notch below Cadillac. Acura has become more upscale, especially within the last few years. The new MDX certainly shows that its still going up. It certainly looks the part, too.
12. If being Brutal is being honest... I dont want to be anything else. It's just ugly. *gag*
13. I hope it looks atleast as good as the Murano...
14. I have zero experience with this... I paid cash for my Millenia, no trade, and it was priced far under blue book. So... I can't give any advice, but what has been given sounds good.
15. Those look way too much like PA's old plates... -------- The vintage style: I like the PA plates that came after with its shape stamped into them: More... The current ones arent bad... but they're bland:
16. I found the G6's driving position to be a bit uncomfortable, but not that much. I never found a problem with the steering wheel being too far away. Then again, I like to sit upright, while I notice alot of people like a more relaxed position. Perhaps, Razor, you just have the seat back at too much of an angle. Just an idea. I never really found a problem with the console being too close to the gas pedal either. I've never even heard of using the ball of your foot. That seems unnatural to me. Then again... I'm short.
17. Already responded, but I thought I would show you, in case you doubt me. Clicky.
18. Can it, Blu. Anyways, got to see the new Sebring. Eh. Only good design on the Sebring is its dash and even then, I could see light shining off the top of the dash... meaning... cheapness. I dont know if the plastics are soft or hard or how they feel since I didnt get to sit in it, but they are sort of shiny, no less. As far as the rest of it... still ugly, even in person. The front, the rear, and sides are all messed up, design wise. That and some of the panels had uneven gaps. Also got to see the new Nitro. I didn't even recognize it as one until I drove by it. Being dark, quickly glancing at it from a distance, I thought it was a Liberty. Damn. I rarely get a vehicle wrong unless its a clone. This thing has the same profile and proportions as the Liberty... both even have the huge wheel flares. It looks smaller in person, though. I was surprised. As far as styling... eh... it'd look better with more Dodge like front fascia. As is, it's too boxy, too 90's, and too ugly. The rest of it looks alright. Being dark, didnt get a good look at the interior. Otherwise... I've been lacking in this thread. I've seen all sorts of vehicles over the past few weeks. New CRV, new Durango, my first XLR (sad, I know) lots of cool imports, some cool classics, and some weird ones.
19. Eh... I've seen more than a few in person. *gag*
20. Um... blue and yellow on white for the Keystone State? Anyways, for me, any plate than has to be seen on the front of a vehicle equals a state I will never live in.
21. Let's see... Farago is still off, Buickman is still egotistical and retarded, Toyoguy is still a troll, and Evok is still one of the only posters on here that knows a damn thing. Another pointless thread. Greeeaaaat.
22. I reiterate: Reg, I swear you make a fool out of yourself more than anyone else here, even the trolls. You can have your opinion, but it's just laughable, honestly. If you would logically think about things and not go off an obvious and strong bias, maybe I could give you some credit. But you don't. If it's a Honda, "just because it's a Honda" is all I get from your posts. You don't realistically judge anything. You spurt off badge bias worse than import humpers do.
23. Yeah. I don't see why everyone complains of the amount of buttons. There's really not that many buttons and certainly wouldn't be hard to get used to. It looks fine to me. Even the top of the line one. For one, it's not just a tarted up Honda and you know it. Two, what does it matter? German vehicles aren't always the best nor the only ones with brand equity. Third, that's subjective and I find it to be quite stylish. Fourth, bigger isnt always better and AWD is AWD and Acura has one hell of an AWD system. Reg, I swear you make a fool out of yourself more than anyone else here, even the trolls.
24. Hmm... looks better than I expected it to, but still not much of a looker. It's one of those designs that look great on paper, but not so much in the flesh. I think if they rework the grills and fascia a bit, it would look alot better. Then again, the side looks bland and bloated, while the rear is... unexplainable. It doesnt really fit. Otherwise, however, the interior looks superb. Hard to believe it's a Hyundai.
