Interactive Review: 2020 Toyota 86 GT
A Horse With No Name replied to William Maley's topic in Reviews
Absolutely! Yep, Shadow Black, STX package, FX2 package, 2020, supercab, happy guy. My wife doesn't want me posting pics of it on the internet, but it is real. She just doesn't like bragging....but I did send a pic of it on FB/mesenger to several members here. -
The new Chevy's have really grown on me. Hugely. I love all of the above... That would be a wicked ride. I am hugely impressed by all of the previous generations of the Z06 so...yes... So we did a thing....bought a 2020 Ranger, SXT, fX4 packages, black. My wife doesn't like to brag so I promiesed I would not post pics on line. But very happy with it. Two wheel drive Extra cab, decent little truck.

Interactive Review: 2020 Toyota 86 GT

Miata is more pure driving esxperience, and has much more of a cult following. They ahve a racing series in Austrailia with these where the competition is really quite tight and quite good. You don't need a ton of power for good racing. Formula Ford, Spec Racer Ford, and SCCQA Improved touring is loads better than NASCAR or the like in my opinion. I spent several eyars crewing and working as a race official...amatuire racing withc ars like these is a total blast. Would take that ten billion times before I would buy a staid boring Mercedees sedan. -

The Driving Experience is much better in my 2020 Ford Ranger. Whcih is why my Daughter drives a C6 Z06, my son drives an S2000, Daughters boyfriend has a Mitsu Evo....good autocross cars all. I am kind of becoming more of a truck guy. Would buy a Mustang GT or Civic Type R if I were to spend $ for a passenger car in this price range. The Miata is IMHO so much more of a pure sports car. They have retractible hardtop 3rd gen Miatas, and rF in the 4th gen. Or get one of the removable hardtops for the first two gens. I love the 86/BRZ, but could not justifry it over a Miata. -

Ram News: 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Continues FCA's Hellcat Obsession

I so agree. This truck just rocks. I think the Cybertruck will do well. I know a large group of truck enthusiasts, and mostly theya re very excited about it. I like both the cybertruck and teh new Ram. Good to see some creativity in trucks. Finally, a quote from someone with a rational mind and without a mangina. Congrats on a winning thought! Agreed. More domestic hate, how original. -
Did I mention that I love living in the midwest? I miss my 66 Fastback.

Or we have so many people unemployed or under employed that they are trying to keep a 2003 Pontiac on the road. It would seem to be the case... Very few new cars interest me and none with three bangers. Yep, it may take us 5 years to recover from this mess, if we ever do. You are far too optomistic about the current automotive scene. Far too optomistic.

An interesting take. I trust Bloomberg news for the most part, they are fairly sane. Old cars and high horsepower never gets old...

And I am unconvinced the group building it has the moxy to keep production going. Methinks Ohio would have been better off flattening the building. Once companies realize how much they can save on fuel, I can see short haul trucks becoming largely electric. These posts of fine ladies keep me coming back... My comment about blu and David made me think of this video, funny to watch.

Probably a darned fine little car.

Yep, a sad day for me also. Ford advertrs keep getting better and better.

I am kinda falling in love with the midsize pickup segment when it comes to new cars, Tacoma, Ranger, Colorado, Gladiator. Some interesting vehicles in that group. The Tundra that started this thread, not so much. All the truck you really need....I love it...- 94 replies

Except that I do think Aesthetics should matter on a truck. That was my whole point. Daughter of a co worker is having a hell of a great career in the air force serving her country, 20 years old, just bought a new Tacoma 4 door 4 wheel drive. She has American falgs all over the thing. Hardly think that she hates her country. But would like to see her maybe buy an American vehicle. My ideas about them are changing. I could really use one, thinking hard about buying one.- 94 replies

Quoted for truth. ...you wonder why I am not here much. Yeah, strangely in this surreal world, the Shelby Mustang and Bronco seem to be the only things really exciting me at the moment. Chris Given Michigan roads consider Tracked vehicle conversion, might be the only thing that will work. And you will be able to park anywhere, even if someone is already aprked there.

By this logic I shouldn't do business with any German company....time to get rid of my festool woodworking tools, and other quality German items. Actually I really like Pick up trucks, thank you very much.- 94 replies
