On the contrary, most modern people want vehicles they don't have to think about. This would indeed only work for a very high end vehicle.

There is a Firebird with a Ferrari motor swap, this might be that car. More than 30 first responders from 10 Ohio departments dismantled Toyota Priuses on the Columbus Campus August 20-23. It was part of Columbus State’s Alternative-Fuel Vehicle Extrication Workshop. Faculty members taught firefighters the differences between traditional and alternative-fuel transport, including hybrid, electric, and compressed natural gas. Participants explored and drove different types of “alt-fuel” vehicles. They also learned how to quickly and safely disable them to remove passengers in emergency situations. A collaboration between Columbus State’s Automotive Technologies and Fire Science programs, the workshop is part of the college’s Pathways for Alternative-Energy Automotive Technicians initiative, funded by the National Science Foundation. EV's are silent, ergo.....he isn't listening to an EV. i wanted one of those surplus trucks for the longest time when I was younger. heck yes! Hyundai and Kia have figured out what real car buyers, and not the insane folks who argue about inane things....want. Subaru and Lexus would be among my top picks for my next car. You all know my feelings about Ford, although they have moderated a bit. Honda needs more coffee for the guys in the design studio, that will never change. And they are resting on their laurels. A lot of the Chevy and Ford Loyalty is full size trucks. Also why RAM ranks so high and the rest of FCA ranks in the dumpster fire end of the list. The trade war will influence people....as much as anything, brand image with American nastiness. One Senator, Tom Cotton, suggested expelling Chinese students from the USA. This won't end well. Not trying to be political, just realistic. Outside of the Mustang.....yeah.....about those cars that just got cancelled.

I have a co worker that has one...nice car. Infinity will be a profitable but second Tier luxury brand for forever. Buick and Cadillac will never get those numbers.

I actually have started liking these just a little bit. Haven't seen one in months....and then made an early 6 AM grocery run...and wound up parking next to a black one.
