  1. Damn fine!
  2. Exactly. That is the only place I like a Turbo 4. Being up in the power band is good for auto X and spirited driving. GS is more of a grand tourer than a sports car. And a damned fine V6 that is. Fusion Sport Please. I think it out classes the GS just in terms of ride quality and usefulness. Not interested in a midsized car that is under powered, thank you. I have had that very thought myself...
  3. In a lighter car like an Evo, GTI, WRX, Cooper S, or the like Turbo 4's seem about right. However, Porsche killed the Boxter/Cayman IMHO with the addition of a 4 pot.
  4. CTS isn't considered midsized?
  5. Most AWD systems are now so good I would not want to disable them.
  6. Yeah...even I am impressed by that. Compared to the crappy 1.5 in the Malibu, the cheap feel of the Maxima, and faults with other cars...lack of sound deadening in the Mazda 6...it seems like a real sweet spot. I know you would prefer a Charger but I have an odd fetish for the SHO Taurus also. To be fair a part of me would also prefer a Charger V8 to the Taurus...
  7. Nice!
  8. I can't get the Fusion Sport out of my head though....white one lives on campus here in Columbus....I feel unnatural good vibes every time I walk past it. Depends on the NA V6. Lots of guys I worked with in the trades had fantastic luck with V6 Rangers that ran for decade or better.
  9. My thought was GM needs to keep a V6 option around for mid sized cars.
  10. I love this photograph.
  11. The big GMC Denali trucks grow on me all of the time.
  12. Nissan has had the same NA V6 for like forever in the Maxima....seems to work for them. Of course, being mated to a CVT...
  13. More to follow...
  14. Agree on the CTS wagon, for sure.
  15. 66 Studebaker wagon...last year of production. Dfelt your ride has arrived...v version to follow.
  16. Really does not make an appearance much until the 2:245 mark...but big GM iron here....and something for everyone. Attractive Asian females for Dfelt....check. GM RWD goodness for Balthy and MICASSA...check. 70's midsize for 'blu...check... Olds content for Drew....Check. Filmed outside of the US for our Canadian friends...Check. Got to be the same car, can't imagine 75 Olds ragtops are exactly common in South Korea....Cameo appearance by same car at start of this video.
  17. Although I also like this video....a lot...
  18. All of my cars seem to leave on a trailer...collector cars to another collector, daily drivers to the scrap metal yard. MINI S left on a trailer immobile to a guy going to build it into a more serious autocross car. Big Chevy looks good in this music video You kind of have to scroll through to see it...
  19. I would own the Mustang First, just because I would want to autocross it and the extra heft and width of the Challenger would make it more difficult to drive on the courses around here, which tend to be a bit tight...there is a reason I kept a R53 Cooper S and NB Miata in the fleet for years. Interior of the Camaro is a non starter for me. That should get you something really nice. and you are ten large ahead of me. I still would prefer a diesel...but hell yes, and Kudos to Ford. We won't hold that against them.... Because after a certain point resale bleeds like a world war one soldier hit in the crossfire....as the miles pile up... Hot enough to make me consider a terrain. Would want something bigger than a 2.0 in a vehicle that size though. I almost bought this exact car in silver...about a decade and a half ago. Still like this era Mustang.
  20. Tuscon is not a bad looking vehicle.
  21. Tasty indeed. Widebody Hellcat in plum crazy purple at my local dealer...love the challenger.
  22. I still like the 300 and Charger as well though.
  23. It and the Stinger seem utterly Lustworthy...that and the CT6....
