  4. Duh, I dunno. Packard.
  5. You have a goodlooking, traditional Chevy truck. It looks great. Soon we will be able to forget the "angry years" (2003-2006), just as soon as the GMT900 arrives.

  7. They were nice, but they were sooo vastly different from what came before.
  8. Damn, how I wish that tan interior had been available back in 2003 when I ordered mine. And you got a sunroof. Noyce!
  9. Heck, a 6.1L Hemi Ram shortbed, regular cab, without all the goofy bodykit crap, but with a nice 6 speed manual would be sufficient... and it could sell for much less than the SRT-10.
  10. And who the hell are you, Croc? You will refer to me as "ocnblu", "ocn", or "baby daddy", never by my street name, got it? Now go back in your hole and be quiet. I wasn't talking to you. O.C., my attempt at a smackdown was a bit over the top, but I largely stand by what I said. I went back through your posts, and you have to admit, you are a bit of a nitpicker, even when it comes to the CTS. The problem I have is... I don't want to hear a bunch of bitching about this car when you get it, when it seems like you'd rather be driving a Big Money Waste. I believe GM will pay your dealership less money in warranty repairs than BMW would if you'd leased a 3 series, bottom line. You seem to be a bit afraid to drive the Cadillac because of what others will say... others who are clueless. You have to choose to listen and take them to heart (which will taint your whole CTS experience), or go the more intelligent way. Cadillac.

  12. WD-40 really is a miracle substance. It came from outer space.
  13. I love the Lucerne, and I'm not a large sedan kind of guy. It's sleek, and big looking. Elegantly sporty too, especially in CXS V8 trim. The 3800-powered model serves as an excellent upscale LeSabre replacement. Any dealer who bitches about the array of Lucerne models he's been given to sell ought to get out of the business.
  14. Yup, I stopped by the local dealership here in Lancaster, PA, today to see if they had a G5 (nope), and instead saw 4 '07 G6 sedans.
  15. Dayum... that Fleetwood is hot! Except I don't like the bumper.

  17. To The O.C. - cancel your CTS order. You won't be happy with the car. I've seen nothing from you but faint praise for it... why bother? Why fight your natural instinct toward sheepdom? The DTS has been successfully updated and continues to fill an important role at Cadillac. If you cannot respect that and separate it from the CTS, perhaps you don't have the backbone to be a Cadillac CTS driver.

  19. Hmmm... didn't they also say it will be on the Kappa platform? A 2+2? Can I say TEMPEST?

  21. They certainly do turn heads, and they are one of the few that can really carry a blingy rim successfully, imo. A Base SE (3.5L) with (less blingy) rims is on my list.
  22. The only time I use drive-thrus for food is if I am taking the food somewhere else to eat it, I can't eat and drive. I also prefer going inside to bank, so I do that pretty rarely. Have you guys seen those drive-thru liquor stores? I've seen them in a few places. Now there's a concept.
  23. Nice pictures! You remember the Chevette Scooter, don't you, Sixty4? It was a completely bare bones, base model Chevette. It didn't even have a back seat!
