hehehehe... WALT! Mr. Fly, I forget... is the lower, dark portion of your bumper smooth, or textured? If it is textured, is there any damage down there? Because I don't know of a way to repair textured plastic parts. This is insane. Hopefully everything will be repaired to your satisfaction.

I like it. It looks sort of retro in a good way. Very SAABish. The corporate radio blends in pretty well, imo.

Technology is moving forward for all engine configurations, not only 4s and 6s, so I don't understand this "technology will render the V8 obsolete" argument. The current and future LS V8 engine is a world leader in smoothness, longevity, power and efficiency. It is the ideal engine, and I look forward to it becoming available widely as an option in the Zeta cars when they hit the market. Naysayers have been wrong before. This kind of Chicken Little prediction gets recycled on a predictable basis.

Porsche 911 is a great car. It's the car I'd buy if I were in the market for a super-high end sports car. High end would be Z06, of course. My grandfather's one brother had a 911. He also owned one of those funny VW 412s (?) for a while. It may be where I get my wild hair when it comes to taste in automobiles.
