  1. This is old hat where I work. We are a BMW dealer and we have techs who are certified in repairing these cars. We had an '04 5 series with the entire front structure completely removed and replaced due to these requirements.
  2. :P
  3. Will the next TB be based on the TopKick chassis?
  4. I would go to a Ford dealer and ask to sit in a 5 speed Mustang and see if the shift knob rotates.
  5. IT'S NOT SAFE! YOU'LL PUT AN EYE OUT!

    Soooo damn sick!

Headache, ears closed, sinus pressure, general blahness, yeah that's me now. <_<
  7. I've done a local search for GTP 6 speeds, and I did find one for $25k, a coupe. I totally agree that a 2.4L 5 speed combo should be available on the sedan at least.
  8. Boredom is a formidable enema. I mean enemy. Everything you say above seems to be still on the "normal for your age" scale. Do you have a favorite class at school, or is it all bad? Dude, the farm lane was sand, oyster shells, and gravel. Until it rained, then it was mud. I could never keep my vehicle clean. Our lane was half a mile long. So I know where you're coming from on that. How do you feel about Bekah's reaction to your confession about yourself? Were you encouraged, disappointed, indifferent? This has the potential to strengthen your relationship with her in the long run. DON'T WORRY.
  9. The double-hump dash was forever linked to Chevrolet in the 50's. I think it's a nice connection to some simpler, more joyous times for Chevrolet, when their confidence was high.
  10. I don't think the VW Golf has anything to do with plaid knickers. Isn't it the German spelling of "Gulf"? Anyhow, I like Rabbit better to be honest.
  11. Damn, check out the hammer on stace! *whistle* :)
  12. The only Asian car company I despise is Toyota. Honda's ok with me, but that Ridgeline, ewwwwww..... http://www.cheersandgears.com/public/style_emoticons//AH-HA_wink.gif
  13. Oh my God, get over yourselves. What in the world was wrong with Nick's sig?
  14. Impressive article. Truer words were never spoken.
  15. Not trying to be a punkass, but I think the coffee is "espresso". Perhaps the Plymouth trim package was taking its meaning from "express"... buy this car to express yourself (?).
  16. Wow, I was just sitting here thinking. The last time I was car payment-free was for a few months in 1998. I had my '94 S-10 paid off for a few months before I bought my first '98 Bug. Once in a while I get a wild hair and think of dumping my newer vehicle and buying something I could just purchase outright... no payments. That's $324 per month, plus the savings in changing unsurance coverages, that could be used for something else. But, there are so many cool new toys out there now. Such is life, I guess, when you're obsessed with vehicles like I am. They make me irrational! Does anyone else here feel the same?
  17. Stopped by the local Caddy dealer today. The new DTS is hella sexy CEO material in all black with chrome rims and performance package.
  18. [email protected]. kthx! :)
  19. Those darn little guys are popping up everywhere!
  20. Damn, I love '78-'88 A/G bodies. Yours is sweet, mouse.
  21. Some very good pictures there, Viper.
  22. Very cryptic, Fly. Can you please clarify? Have you seen these vehicles somewhere? Are they still BOF, or are they... something else?
  23. That's a cool Impala coupe, but I think the Monte Carlo should not be merely a coupe version of any sedan, it should stand alone (have its own exterior and interior styling). The '95-'99 was dangerously close to being a Lumina coupe, must we go there again?
  24. Seems pretty random there, Vipes.
