  1. Tidbits over at the order guide: AWD models have 8" ground clearance! 65.7" tall with roof rack. 39.4" minimum rear legroom. And GREAT news, stop/start has an override button. 1.2t has 137 hp @ 5000 RPM and 162 ft/lbs torque at 2500 RPM. 1.3t has 155 hp @ 5600 RPM and 174 ft/lbs torque at only 1500 RPM. The FWD model can be ordered with a Performance Package which includes the 1.3t engine and drive modes with the CVT. 4 wheel antilock disc brakes on all models. 25.3 cu ft of space with the backseat in place. This thing has a LOT of stuff on it!
  2. So what you're saying is... reg's daughter would rather have a 6 cylinder 1970 Mustang? Better watch she doesn't slip one past ya, Pops!
  3. You'd think with all the hoopla surrounding the Telluride that it would have red rocketed itself to the top of the Kia sales charts, but Kia's smaller CUV lineup still rules the roost over there.
  4. Yup, shows desperation to the point of wishing economic hardship. Extremism.
  5. Nah was laughing at this continual obsession and urgent need to interject all things EV into every single comment.
  6. What is this, a Mary Tyler Moore episode?
  7. Whoaaaa

  9. What's even funnier is... I've driven one and I forgot this. Sold unit.
  10. Please elaborate
  11. Yes, GM went all-in on ABS for a while, then backed off, then went all-in again. I forget who put an electronic ABS system into a car as an option first... was it Chrysler in like 1972? Need moar research. Reg... very cool gift. And the fact it is not perfect makes it perfect, it will be a family project. I'm excited for the football family! Best of luck and safe travels to your daughter.
  12. How ridic would it be if you need to rock your vehicle in deep snow, mud or sand to try to get unstuck? Imagine twirling that little dial back and forth as fast as your brawny wrist could twirl it, what a nightmare, especially with the lame-ass electronic delay built into it. I think it would hold its breath and turn blue. SAD.
  13. I don't care for the Palisade. I like the Telluride more. Less fluff, puff and stuff. Who wants a grille that looks like a Greek temple anyhow? And that rotary shifter... don't care for it on Mopars or Fords, so no, I don't like it here either.
  14. 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E! From a designer's dream, to a reality!
  15. Well ho ho ho y'all, it's time to close out another year of car spotting. Post your cool sleigh sightings here!
  16. Z51 is a Corvette. Z71 is a truck but that's OK you're new. *wink* Hey that one dude from Chevy at the Los Angeles show presentation, didn't he say they're showing the 2021 Tahoe/Suburban shortly at a special event? I forget what day he said.
  17. Encore GX on the roll. While I miss a waterfall grille texture and ventiport hood trim, this CUV looks sharp, imo. I really like the strong hip line on the quarters, another time-honoured Buick styling trait. The horizontally themed taillights and wide front end graphics lend an upscale, mature air to it that suddenly makes the original Encore design seem lacking. The added uniqueness of the Sport Touring ("ST" is a Ford thing!) on this new model is appealing (although I would not get it in white) but the more subdued trims also look good, as seen with the blue one in the vid. Check out this rolling footage.
  18. Yup, now that you mention it, it appears to be a BP, but in studying the nozzles on that pump, it looks like both nirvana juices are dispensed from there. I mean, it stands to reason they'll offer the diesel in the SUVs. That Endeavour is cool too, except for the douche nozzle.
  19. Been staring at this for like fifteen minutes. I can't look away!
  20. GREEN NOZZLE... 3.0L Duramax!?
  21. This should be our next Ecosport. You can definitely see it looks like a baby brother to our Escape. Cool!
