  1. If anyone is like me, your mind is always thinking about what's next. So here it is: when thinking about what you want in your NEXT vehicle, what are you looking to change v. what you drive now? BIGGER? Smaller? Configuration/bodystyle change? Color? Powertrain? Cost? Brand? SPECIES? Post your current plans here. Let's flesh out the features you want next, and why.
  2. Took mom to test drive a Green Apple Venue SEL we have in stock. She enjoyed it. I drove it too, it feels nicer to drive and ride in than I gave it credit for. She still has a year to go on her lease though.
  3. Even if it were your old lady or your kid? Pishposh.
  4. Did you even pass 3rd grade reading class? "May have" and "just might" are NOT DEFINITIVE.
  5. My bet is they don't have the guts to produce a vehicle that will rival the Jimny for off-road prowess. Suzuki Jimny is a legend.
  6. You miss the point. I SAID... AS A PERCENTAGE OF MSRP. Stop wasting everyone's time. DING DING DING
  7. Whoa, think they can give them away? Chevy's site is advertising $8428 off the MSRP for a 2019 Bolt Premiere! $4640 off a Colorado ZR2... hmmm... which one has a higher percentage of discount v. MSRP? And even at MSRP, GM loses many thousands of dollars per Bolt sold. So, this is the Tesla profit model? Is that how this works? So sustainable.
  8. Uh oh, my bro may have found a replacement for his 2017 Tahoe (with 80k + miles on it already) just might have a Duramax 2021 Tahoe in the family.
  9. Four years later, I wonder where it is now?
  10. Hearsay is not admissable. In this case.
  11. Soooo... it says it's a "start fart"? That ends up more like a shart? What is this world coming to? LOL bless their pea pickin' little hearts...
  12. Except there is no optimism around EVs. Just dour sadness. Drone-like monotony. And soul-sucking.
  13. In the membrane!
  14. Yeah, cloaked mules have been seen and supposedly confirmed to be body-on-frame.
  15. He also said this suicidal transition will coincide with customer demand... it may NEVER happen. We'll see.
  16. I agree with the owner of a late model Touareg (he searched for one over multiple states after seeing the Atlas up close). Volkswagen, starting with the infamous, dumbed-down Westmoreland Rabbits, has, in tangible ways, cheapened their vehicles for NA customers... there are many examples. The T-Roc is an awesome little CUV, but there is too much engineering excellence put into it for North Americans. I'm pretty much done with VW anyway, with this whole EV push. It will surely filter out any residual fahrvergnügen they have left. Awful.
  17. Front is recognizable as a Benz, but the rest of the exterior is completely generic. I prefer the high forehead/Frankenstein look of the new GLB to this. The interior looks nice, more emotional than an XT4, which is a stone cold bitch.
  18. As a matter of fact, it does. But not as motive force. It's to power the liftgate.
  19. I don't believe I would even try to install a NOS system on it.
  20. Well, heated seats are standard on LT trim and above (LT, ACTIV, RS) but blind spot detection is part of a package if you want it. No full price extrapolation yet.
  21. Whoa... spunky!
  22. The starter motor on your Buick likely displaces 1.3L. Is it not spunky?
  23. 174 ft/lbs torque at 1500 RPM in the 1.3t, that's pretty darn good, imo
  24. *grabs chest* ELIZABETH, IT'S THE BIG ONE... GONE is the column shift lever, replaced by a row of buttons!
  25. LOVE that Z71, and I applaud the vertical frontal aspect, reminds me of circa 2002, those were some sweet looking Chevy trucks back then. I am happy the trucks and utilities are re-converging, looks-wise.
