The current CAFE standards did do a bit of good... but how do you break the laws of physics? Americans do not like small, wimpy vehicles. Europeans and Asians are used to them, and that's fine...over there. What these proposed new standards will do is cause a revolt among Americans who need vehicles day in and day out that have the size, power and reserves to get the job done.

Actually, that is embarrassing. And I always hated boy bands. Yes I purchased Justin Timberlake's "Futuresex Lovesounds" CD... but I rarely listen to it, ha. Mr. Fly, have you ever seen that one dude, known as the "Boy Band Svengali"? He somehow started a lot of these boy bands... he looks like Chester the Molester, eek.

enzl has brought up a good suggestion, if she is game for another Chrysler: PT Cruiser convertible. From what I understand, the PT is a reliable car, and Chrysler does have lots of experience with convertibles. The EOS is attractive, I recently saw one in town... top up, windows down... looked nice... but pricey. The current Solara convertible is ugly as sin... I too prefer the earlier bodystyle. But Toyotas are evil. Mustang is a honey, too... I really don't think the Ford's back seat is that much smaller than a Sebring, is it? And doesn't the Mustang have a decent amount of trunk room?
