  1. Buzzzzz... sorry def, Bob and I were asking this question in a thread several weeks ago. Then I saw the vid and it fit... like a white silk, elbow-length glove... :AH-HA_wink:
  2. I bought my Sierra at Jones Pontiac/Buick/GMC/Acura/Honda in Lancaster, PA. For my first maintenance service (on a Saturday when the "kids" are working) I had to go back 3 times, but each visit they were polite and courteous. I've had it back once for warranty work (left front brake pad had "too much metallic" in it and it chewed up the rotor), and they were satisfactory. The buying experience was completely painless.
  3. Yup, they'll be 63 this year. Almost as old as one of your butt hairs.

  5. Hmmm... well now I'm confused. Maybe this is not him. I do genuinely miss his bitchy attitude though.
  6. Could this be our old buddy? Perhaps he just felt the dash on a Pontiac G6... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6Bqf23u-40
  7. My parents were born in 1944. I am tacked onto the last year of the Boomer generation, which I never understood.
  8. Well sure, I drink out of the container. I buy milk in 1/2 gallon plastic bottles.
  9. wound nice attempt at pwnage, Custom-S, but you know as well as I do the phrase has been incorporated into the English language dictionary, mr. hairy man :AH-HA_wink:

    Hammer & Coop

Hehe, those are cool as heck. It certainly does portray the Mini as a "man's car", although "Hammer" is a lovable dufus.

  14. Every potential vehicle buyer needs to hear about this.
  15. tonight
  16. I love Mini Coopers. It would have been hard.
  17. Black is my least favorite color to own, but I like looking at other people's clean black cars. Dark colors absorb solar energy more than light colors. Acid fallout from trees, bugs and birds, etc., gets etched into the surface of a black car much quicker than other, lighter colors because of that hot surface. Plus, swirl marks, scratches... every little imperfection in the paint and the bodywork under the paint becomes more apparent.
  18. Thanks for posting those, Custom-S, hopefully they'll inspire some of our artists. That's a really odd retouched photo of the Diablo in the first picture... the windshield disappears, revealing the seat?

    Avenger R/T

The Avenger stands out on the street. I like the car, especially in R/T trim with spoiler delete. Chrysler's interiors all look alike these days, yes, and the color choices are dull, but I'm sure they're durable.
  20. Not sure I believe the Saturn part, but I am ever hopeful for Pontiac. This platform, underpinning a coupe, convertible and sedan from Pontiac would be such a welcome change. The one thing I ask is for brand-specific styling.
  21. I am hung up in a situation myself, so I have no advice, but I really want to see how this thread progresses. Maybe I'll learn something.
