  1. What about this Scenario. GMAC is spun off, 15 billion dollar dividend, 10% goes to Kerkoriain, He dumps his stock, Then Gm Files Bancruptcy. Not Kosher but I could see it.
  2. Becuase it shows that the whole point of the Bancruptcy, is to Line Miller and his Cronies pockets.
  3. Oh yeah I hope the UAW reads this!!!!
  4. I would never buy a GM vehicle again. (I'm close to this point anyway, due to Delphi.)
  5. So Controlling interest in Gm for 7 Billion eh? SAIC?
  6. http://www.autonews.com/news.cms?newsId=13795 Ooops Oh yeah "Errors" Made the stock look good. They were pounding out those huge dividends the whole time.

  9. The only Hope is for Third party to go to the judge. An early retirement package for the old guard. the Newer employees on the lower tier should keep thier hourly rates. http://www.freep.com/money/autonews/uaw28_20040428.htm what happend to that? That Article is from 04. when people like Miller come along, It's clear there is no compromise. Only War

  11. There will be no big three in 07. It's over.
  12. Said it before, I'll say it again. There will be a strike. The Hackles are Up. The war Drums are pounding.
  13. Shoemaker ***ked em on that one. Nice to see senior retirees get hit with a 252 dollar a month enema . (sarcasm) But they'll probabley just drop thier healthcare. Get sick and suffer.
  14. This would be the typical U.S. big business move. I'll be shocked if it goes down any other way.
  15. Ya, actually most of the movie is set in Mn. Ya it is.
  16. If Miller hands them the gun in December. They will pull the trigger. I know my Nieghborhood. http://www.cheersandgears.com/public/style_emoticons//AH-HA_wink.gif
  17. Hmm I can't find one. Since there is no comparison agreement. The Delphi Employees will have to Stick to thier guns. And Shut them Down if Miller does'nt see the error in his ways. I'll say again Delphi Should be Liquidated. to Fund the pensions. GM will have to buy the plants they are dependent on. And cut a new post liquidation deal with the U.A.W. Likewise Others dependant on Delphi plants. The Delphi workers have the Entire Industry by the Balls. They just have to squeeze. It's becoming pretty clear. If Left to Miller, its a war to death.
  18. If the Pensions are intact. And Harmonized wages means a Pattern Agreement based on a Similar supplier such as Bosch. Then Ok. But Somehow I doubt that Miller is looking to Harmonize.
  19. But what of Thier pensions? Pennies on the dollar? Or full and intact?
  20. Maybe Tracinda had to move. If they did'nt buy more to prop up the stock price. where would it be now? They have a lot to loose if GM's stock collapses
  21. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=100...=top_world_news Interesting bit Gm says thier pensions are fully funded. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/10/03/business...2277a58&ei=5070
  22. I think Delphi should be liquidated. Proceeds from the asset sales to cover the employee pensions. Then let buyers of any plants negoitiate new deals with the U.A.W. To hell with Miller and Delphi ! Retired employees would have thier pensions full and intact. Yet to retire employees would have thier accrued pension benefits used to seed 401ks.
