Italian names can sometimes be harsh. I've seen listings in the phone books where peoples' last names are Cozzi (Sicilian for nuts; testicals). However, some of them can be beautiful... my mother's maiden name meant Mountain Lion.

My fuel gauge works like a tachometer... it flies to full when I accelerate, and as long as I'm not gunning it, it even slightly shifts along with the transmission into second gear... after that, it doesn't shift, but it stays close to full until I've hit the speed I wish to be at.

I'm not sure why it's showing up like that... if you look in the pictures with it on, the display gives off a white-light-bluish color.

That's exactly what I look for in a car... however, there are those times when I want a manual with some power and handling... the LaCrosse doesn't offer any of that--not even a simulated manual.

What'd they think of the rest of the car as a whole? It's not really any form of Italian style.I have to say, the only Buick I have liked the oval grille on was the Park Avenue.

Any chance they'll bump the power output of the 3.6L on the LaCrosse to at least match what the Malibu, Aura, G6 get?

How does that help Buick? That's what I'm looking at. Sure, it'd be a great car for me to get used. But how does that help their image?

I won't hold my breath for Nav. As for ambient LED lighting and LED gauges, that'd be a nice touch. The 3.6L standard? Let's hope--although, that then makes the CXS trim pretty much pointless. But then again, so does the addition of the Super name and underpinnings. So, what might it be: CX, CXL, and Super?

The Impala SS starts at 28,655. Let's hope the LaCrosse starts at no higher than maybe 32-33ish... but even that is pushing it, in my opinion. Well, let's see what it offers before I say that.
