  1. Alas, yes... was hoping to snatch one up dirt cheap, but unlike the last gen LaX, this one is retaining its value rather well.
  2. I honestly thought that'd be the way they'd go, 2.5L base, 2.0L turbos in two flavors with an eAssist option to the 2.5.
  3. Thanks guys! I got treated pretty nicely at work. Probably at a Buick dealer I can't decide Regal or LaCrosse. I'll have to flip for it this summer. Grazie!
  4. Haha, thanks ocn I am ready for it and for fuel savings. My current ride rapes me. On another note, my sis-in-law's Impala with the 3500 returned a very high number for her average fuel economy... pretty crazy. 38.8mpg for the tank average (it wasn't completely empty yet, still another quarter tank to go)
  5. A heavy refresh is fine. They still have life in them.
  6. Okay, so wait, these are the refreshes? The replacements are due when? Honestly, redo the center stack, tweak the exterior and update the powertrain with the latest 3.6L and you're golden for another 2 model years at least.
  7. The naming scheme has been a disaster since the day they introduced it and the guy himself mispronounced the product, not sure if it should be "Mark Z" or "M-K-Z".
  8. Done. Gary, thank you for your hard work. This is my home away from home... my outlet after work. I appreciate you helping out and keeping it running smoothly for us!
  9. Happy Birthday!
  10. It's nice, but not making me say "wow". The plood is great... and the interior colors are nice. A little confused as to why rainsense is available on this but not on any of the current sedans.
  11. Well, I have my eyes set on the LaCrosse but I know I'd be quite happy with a Verano (and it'd definitely fit nicer in my parking spot at work since I'm squeezed between two SUVs)
  12. Nope, I like sedans.
  13. Interesting how they taped up the Buick insignia on the steering wheel, but caught the shot with the insignia on the nav screen.
  14. I agree with you completely. Styling, options and pricing done right, this could be a real winner for Buick.
  15. If it sells, gets good reviews and positive press, what's the prob? Not every vehicle must be designed for each person individually. I will never own a station wagon... I hate them. Should the world stop making wagons because one doesn't like them? Let "chicks" buy the car. More people will see the Buick insignia and nameplate on the road and realize they're stylish vehicles and worth checking out.
  16. Not that it makes too much of a difference, but the current V6 is a 3.5L, rated at 270hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. It amazes me how many typos are in these articles. Doh... I was probably thinking of something else when I was writing this. It's been fixed now. Still says 3.6L Again, not really a big difference LOL
  17. My friend lost interest in Acura after they canceled the Integra and she had to go elsewhere to get a replacement. She never did like the TSX for some reason.

  19. Honestly, I haven't quite figured out which I hate more... this or the X6.
  20. Well, I'm also wondering fuel economy. I'm sure it'll be a little more economical than the 2.4L as well.
  21. I wonder what the 2.5 in the Verano will be like for 2013.
  22. I can see that since Paul is STILL the cute one. Wow... took me a minute...
