Remember guys, the Equinox is going down in size fairly substantially next time around. That will open up some room in the size segment that a Trailblazer would fill.

I don't think so.. Trailblazer will not come to the US. The Colorado was said to not be coming to the US either at the beginning.

For 2012 the F-series has a choice of a V6, Turbo-V6, 5.0 DOHC V8, 6.2 liter SOHC V8, 6.7 liter diesel (5-choices) For 2012 the Camaro has a choice of 3.6 liter V6, 6.2 liter V8, 6.2 Liter Supercharged V8 (3-choices) For 2012 the Mustang has a choice of 3.7 liter V6, 5.0 DOHC V8, and 5.4 liter Supercharged...... we also know that Ecoboost is coming to Mustang to ad a fourth engine choice. (3 choices with a 4th coming) For 2012 the Cruze has a choice of two 4-cylinder engines, both available with a manual and with a diesel engine coming next year (2 choices with a 3rd coming) If you want to count the Verano and Volt, add the 2.4 Ecotec, 2.0T Ecotec, 2.5 eAssist, and Voltec to the list for a total of 7 choices of power train in a compact car platform. For 2012 the Regal offers a choice of base 4-cylinder, low end Turbo 4-cylinder, high end turbo-4, and eAssist (4-choices) For 2012 the Silverado has a 4.3 V6, 4.8 V8, 5.3 V8, 6.2, 5.3 V8-Hybrid, 6.0 V8, and 6.6 turbodiesel (7-choices) Tell me the fairy tail again about how choice is diminishing?

I just swapped into a Cruze Eco 6-Speed this week. I have to say, that this is one of the most polite little engines I've driven coupled to one of the easiest manual transmissions to drive. GM already has the bar set pretty high on NHV, the 3-cylinder can't be a step back. + 100000

The steering wheel is now the standard Chevy issue. I'm sure some here will lament that fact, but the truth is that the old Camaro wheel was an ergonomic nightmare. First tank - 22.0 mpg by the computer, 21.7 mpg by the calculator (small enough to be a filling variance) Second tank - 23.0 mpg by the computer, 23.4 mpg by the calculator (ditto) Third tank - 25.5mpg by the computer, haven't filled up again yet. This was a 190 mile trip loafing along at 65mpg without A/C 75mph = 1800rpm in 6th gear

Not really. They are out of date and out of sync with the quality level of the rest of GM's new stuff. They have switchgear in there from the Alero and Lucerne, the Navitainment systems need to be updated as it is already two generations behind now, the plastics (where used) need to be brought up to par. They look fine in pictures. Sitting in them basically side by side as I did with the GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD and Ford F-350 Super Duty review, the more modern interior becomes clear.

They need interior refreshes NOW.

Chrysler is no longer the international brand either.

It was the Roto Hydramatic tranny... nicknamed the "Slim Jim". It shifted different than the typical Turbo-Hydro and was less durable. Phased out after 1964, I think Balthy is indicating that it was a standard item in the Catalina. Someone want to write up something about this? I've never heard of it before and I'd like to know the tech and history behind it. New thread.

I mentioned nothing about GM in that post. I find ALL Hondas to be far too loud inside from road and engine noise.
