The only people who would be upset about any of this are the people trying to scam GM for a free car for 2 months in the first place. None of the restrictions are unreasonable. If you get a rock chip in the paint and you want to return the car, go spend the $250 to get the paint chip fixed. It's cheaper than $25,000 for the whole car.
