Wait... It's a 3.0 turbo 6 with eAssist and brand new and amazing and all..... But it produces less torque and merely 8 more horsepower than the GM 3.0 turbo that's been out a few years now? -

Aviator was the original name of the concept car for the MKX. But most people who even know of the Aviator know of it as the Explorer based Lincoln.- 18 replies

Well if the new Explorer based crossover is to become Aviator (where is that thing anyway? I expected it a long time ago), we'd have Navigator, Aviator, Nautilus.... I'm sure there is a good name in there for the MKC. I'm not sure why they didn't take this redesign as a chance to rename it. That said, I really like the looks of this so far, looks very upscale and back into the class Lincoln should be playing in. I did like the current MKX exterior and most of the interior, but the dash and center stack design was enough of a letdown for me to not consider one. The seats in the MKX are excellent and could/should just carry over.- 18 replies

Again being so one dimensional. Yes the GX is dated, but a 302 hp V8 is still going to drive smoother and more torquey than a 302hp 2.0T. A 2.0T in the GX would be completely inappropriate... you'd be into the boost all the time. -

The CLS has been one of my favorites in the Benz lineup for a long time, but this looks like they phoned in the redesign. -

No... he and his wife did something related to some video game they play that I don't remember. There were two weapons on the altar, one of which was a pipe wrench.... apparently this is the first weapon you get in the game. It was symbolizing them going into battle together. It was a very un-traditional wedding.
