Better fuel economy standards and clean air legislation are extremely important, but I wonder if ending up with 50 different emissions standards isn't a heavy certification-dollars burden on OEMs...

Yeah, it's sad... Now let's see how long it takes for GM to establish Cadillac globally, and how much it will cost... and also if GM can handle Cadillac as a niche luxury brand, which is what it will be outside of NA for years to come...

Budapest @ Bob - You're right, the amount of women trafficked from Eastern Europe and Latin America for prostitution is insanely high... yet the authorites seem powerless (or unwilling) to stop human trafficking...
