  1. When does the next gen 9-3 debut? I hope that the hybrid systems are affordable.
  2. My guess is the Aura's V6 offerings will all be the HFV6. I think we'll see a 250HP V6, and a Red Lline using the same engine at around @70-275HP. Also, with the Ectotec as the standard I4 offering, Saturn will probably go after the Camry's jugular and have a hybrid Green Line sedan rate at around @ 200-215 HP (just enough to out power Camry's hybrid).
  3. I agree. Three V6s is one to many. I think having the 2.4L as the base, with a 3.9L 250HP for the GT and the 3.6L HFV6 @ 270-275HP for the GXP would suffice.
  4. Restyled? Isn't the next CTS a next gen, all new car? The STS is a midcycle restyle...
  5. It looks good. And thankfully very different from the much more luxurious Enclave. Honestly, I still think Chevy should have gotten the Acadia instead of GMC. Still, they should all do well.

    New GS not so Lexus!

Theses problems are very surprising. My dad's new '06 GS300 hasn't given us any problems. Still I can't help but grin at this obvious chink in Lexus' armor.

    New GS not so Lexus!

    hehehe, lmao...
  8. I don't have a problem with footbrakes... it leaves more space in the center for storage of all the crap you have.

    2007 BMW V5

Yeah, the Bimmer is 10X hotter.
  10. I'll take the production Aura, sight unseen.
  11. Yeah. Honestly, it's almost too big... it looks like it'll just wallow and dip all day while driving...
  12. I agree 100%. As far as the interiors go, look for an upgrade for both Nissans and Infinitis. Nissan's foot's in the door, and the next thing they'll bring are upgraded interiors. Infiniti's already started; the M's interior is awesome, and the '06 FX's refreshened interior's very nice also. Expect the next G, and especially the next Q, to really be up there with the class leaders.
  13. Nah, a rebadge would be a huge mistake. The next Max is essentially the Teena, which is a great car. The facelifted Max, along with the new Altima, Sentra, and the introduction of the Versa, will make Nissan stronger than ever in the car department.
  14. Yep. The FX is the VQ's successor. As you said, it's rumored to make 320-330 HP (more than enought to take care of the IS and all newcomers). Don't expect the VQ to go away though. I think it'll continue to do duty in all Nissans that use a V6 application, while the FX will be exclusive to Infiniti.
  15. The G will be a completely new car, based on the M's advanced FM platform. I'm sure you meant the styling would be evolutionay (as found on the G Coupe Concept). And as you said, the Altima's right on schedule for it's renewal on the 5yr cycle. I think with a proper interior, it'll really give the new Camry a headache this time around (in addition to the Aura!!!).
  16. Nice teaser... Can't wait to see the whole thing.
  17. Current V8s, yes. But isn't the next gen N* supposed to be in there as an option?
  18. You took the words right out of my mouth...
  19. Who cares how old it is... I saw it for the first time a few days ago. I was excited to finally see the Aura on tv. When's it coming to dealers?
  20. ^ Yeah, I can't wait to see a black one on the facotory 22s!!!
  21. Infiniti's in Korea, Thailand... they'll be in Japan, and then Europe, very shortly.
  22. ... so funny... I had no idea they were that closely tied in together. Not even changing the badge is a slap in Mexicos face, lol.
  23. Precisely. GM will also be taking a leadership role with this.
  24. Agreed. Invicta would be a great name for the flagship.
