...I live thousands of miles away from Las Vegas.

I've been here since yesterday morning, and since then I've:

1. developed a serious gambling addiction.

2. been awake.

3. seen a dangerous amount of Chrysler Sebrings.

4. learned that Nevada never got the memo that mullets haven't been cool since 1984.

Talk about unhealthy.

I'm jetlagged, hungover, down a ridiculous amount of money, and loving every second of it.

I went to Atlantic City on a recent trip home to Delaware, I brought a hundred bucks with me, I played the slots all day long on that 100, winning more than losing, then after 8 hours I hit a string of loses. I was down to my last 3 bucks, I put my 3, one dollar tokens into the machine and hit for 5000 bucks.

Don't you know the Federal government has IRS agents on site in the casinos, they made me fill out federal forms and pay the federal tax on site! :censored:

I usually go to Vegas once a year or so, it's a short cheap plane ride from here...I usually can't take it for more than a couple of days, though.. I go for a concert or shows, and dining more than gambling.

I was in Macau two weeks ago - the Chinese equivalent of Las Vegas; they have MGM, Wynn, Venetian, and so on - and decided to try my luck on gambling. I put in 30 "dollars", pushed a few buttons, and after two minutes, I used up my money and won 30 "cents". <_< I sorta gave up after that.

Thankfully one Macanese "dollar" - a pataca - is 12 US cents..
