So I finally treated myself to a proper camera (Rebel 550D/T2i) and I've been just taking some random shots around town... figured I'd share a few of them here.

Very, very nice. Amazed at the power of modern camera technology, with the biggest part of the battle knowing how to set it up for any given scenario.

i took a film class once, lotta fun but lots of time too.

Nope, haven't taken any courses... may be worth it in the future but I'm going to try to acquaint myself with the whole thing before I dive in.

What lens are you using for those?

T2i is one of the best entry level D-SLRs out there.
