ToniCipriani 0 Posted February 27, 2006 Pricing looks right. Essentially a loaded Solstice.

Cadillacfan 0 Posted February 28, 2006 Pricing looks right. Essentially a loaded Solstice. Even though you're right, the SKY offers much more the the Solstice can in terms of materials and looks.
ToniCipriani 0 Posted February 28, 2006 Even though you're right, the SKY offers much more the the Solstice can in terms of materials and looks. Well yeah, of course. They're two different cars. What exactly I mean is the price point of the two cars are close enough to be competitive with the whole market.
Cadillacfan 0 Posted February 28, 2006 (edited) Ah.. I thought you meant it in the literal sense. Well, then... I guess I'll just move along and pretend I didn't say anything. Edited February 28, 2006 by Cadillacfan
Guest Josh Posted February 28, 2006 Sky ships in about a week and a half to sale. Both vehicles are great, however in my eyes the Sky lacks style...it just does not stand out in the crowd of vehicles like the Solstice does.
pow 106 Posted February 28, 2006 I'd love a Solstice GXP that looks like the regular Solstice but with the SKY's interior.
FUTURE_OF_GM 26 Posted February 28, 2006 I LOVE the Sky, but it just doesn't capture the PURE, roadster SOUL like the Solstice does... It's a bit overdone to capitalize on that. As long as they are BOTH successful and aren't pitted against each other. I just hope the Sky doesn't steal the Solsti's thunder.
lakefire 0 Posted March 1, 2006 (edited) sky > solstice imho I just relized. Saturn has no haggling so there will be no dealer markups, correct? Edited March 1, 2006 by lakefire
PurdueGuy 72 Posted March 1, 2006 sky > solstice imho +1, but I'm biased.
haypops 0 Posted March 1, 2006 sky > solstice imho I just relized. Saturn has no haggling so there will be no dealer markups, correct? saturn's pricing stratergy is this coutry is not always clear. The only rule is that everyone pay the same price at any particluar dealer.usually, but not always that price is MSRP minus rebates when in effect. Regarding the SKY; I've read that some dealers are charging as much as $5000 over list but others are at MSRP.
CaddyXLR-V 3 Posted March 2, 2006 +1, but I'm biased. The Sky is definately better, and I'm biased the other way. I never even liked Saturn, and Pontiac is my favorite brand.
