We'll my friend, due to work, I could only laugh as I was in a meeting and now can reply to you, yes you do see that I also gave credit to Canadian folks that teach things to the U.S. as well as vice/versa.

My point is I and I think others here appreciate you posting outside media coverage of our country, but those still here posting are neither dumb or phoq's and as such, a little respect to discuss and talk about the MAGA Idiots that are destroying the country.

Many of us are college educated at least 4 years if not more and so we can handle a civil discussion at more than a 5th grade level like Idiot47. Yes, I continue to not use his real name as he has chosen to not use other names, but I prefer to not use foul language to get my point across. Since I am neither running for office nor have any interest in being president though I am eligible for that, I leave it to those that are running for higher office to use social media to capture those with lower IQ / education that need to be talked to at those levels. 

Again, please continue to post your outside media coverage as many here find it interesting, lets discuss what has affected this country and how it affects the auto industry.

But you REALLY have to understand the severity of US/Canada relations. Its not just about losing the Jeep production in the Ontario factory and Canadians losing jobs at stake.  Its severe as it is. But IMPLICATIONS of Trump saying he wants to destroy Canada's economy (yes, he REALLY did say it like that) so that Canada will become the 51st is..is... well...war.

Municipal elections and French language laws are a hot subject.

But...the front and center issue are bike lanes.  The outgoing administration, 2 time winner, has went bike lane crazy. Although very successful, as the video suggests, which is good, the mayor of Montreal also neglected to address and the automobile. She waged war on the automobile rather than make cars and bikes live together in harmony.  Now these elections are all about automobile love and bike hate. Truth be told, Montreal businesses ARE suffering BECAUSE parking and getting around the city centers have been hijacked by bike paths. While the people living in those areas is great, people coming INTO the city with their cars cant do it and so by pass Montreal all toghether and find their entertainment and shopping needs in the suburbs.  I like the idea of bicycles in the city, but not total obliteration of car driving either.  Plus, all the city money available from the Provincial government went to construct these bike paths but NONE of it went to updating aging subterranean infrastructure (lots of aging pipes broke and flooding happened downtown and old Montreal etc.), repairing  potholes and even having decent snow removal.

Going to rain like hell Sunday, when I was going to hike or bike. going to the Columbus Art Museum with my wife and youngest, and then parking my ass in front of my stereo with some vinyl afterwards. 

Riding Saturday, Rode the Saturday before. Eight minute mark to eighteen minute mark gives you ideas of where I have been riding, but also rode up towards Springfield through Yellow springs, and up through Hilliard and Plain city, and towards Marysville, back down through Dublin.

Cars have become generic appliances that get me to interesting places to hike and bike, haul lumber for woodworking projects, and help me find cool restaurants. 

Inmates is sadly all that we have left.
