  1. This is most likely a test mule for the 2008/2009 CTS.
  2. Thank you for this great insight into the new Pontiac small car. Also, thank you for giving insight completely on-topic and devoid of any attitude or personal attacks whatsoever since we all know that only teenagers would stoop so low because let's face it, teenagers have no real world skills, whine all the time and are clearly far more immature than such esteemed posters such as yourself.
  3. Remember, kids...NOS...use of the :sign0200: smilie will result in a warning...
  4. But flaws should be mentioned, and some people/things are much more flawed than others...
  5. The rear DVD system should have its own slot; at least that is what GM has done in the past. To clarify, though...there shouldn't be an extra slot on the dash; the slot should be with the rest of the rear DVD system in an overhead console just aft of the sunroof. The following link goes to the Escalade website, and if you click the Features tab, you can view a video on the multimedia options, including the rear-DVD. While not completely shown on camera, it appears that the DVD player sits above the flip down screen. Also, while in Park, the DVD Navigation system can also play movies.
  6. Cross
  7. I love the concept's interior...
  8. Ford
  9. Yea...sit inside a Zephyr/MKZ and then tell me about how "sickeningly similar" they are. There are a LOT of features in the Zephyr that are not in the Fusion at any price point. By the way, get your facts straight; the Zephyr/MKZ starts under $30k and maxes out at less than $35.5k.
  10. I kinda hope so, what with the Cobalt already having Pontiac taillights...
  11. Is your post referring exclusively to the GM models? It kinda reads like it, but are these things to look for with Ford trucks as well? Any issues with the Fords?
  12. Expedition then, unless you think you'll need the extra room only a Suburban/Yukon XL has. Crosscheck the largest dimension fridge you'll have to haul and the SUVs. IMO the pre-freshening Expedition is superior to the GMT-800s in all areas but towing (and lack of an extended model). The dash will certainly rattle less.EDIT: If covered cargo carrying isn't required and you could buy a truck, get the F-150. Best truck on the market (since I cannot vouch for the GMT900s and you aren't going new either).
  13. 1) Say nothing...though you can feel free to laugh. 2) Say something, but be prepared to feel awkward.
  14. There have been other, related rumors that the sedan might be sold too. It already is known as the G4 in Mexico. Again, I've used the words "rumor" and "rumors" because it is just speculation...albeit credible speculation...
  15. Hey, I agree, though I'm just sorting out info I have heard before. You know what is really stupid? Canada now has the Pursuit sedan and the mechanically identical G5 coupe. Seems a bit backward to me...
  16. The Enclave looks good, as always. Cannot wait to see the production version. I'm glad Lucerne is selling so well, though it is too decontented for its segment. It seems when Buick decided to replace LeSabre and Park Avenue with one car they made it 90% LeSabre and 10% Park Avenue. Bad choice (except in the styling department). That said, Lucerne is very competent, though it is in dire need of more features and higher-quality dash materials (and I'd like a bit more wood, though not a deal-breaker). The exterior is perfect. Change nothing. LaCrosse? They still make that thing? Party at my house when the last W-body rolls off the assembly line...
  17. OK, so the G4 will be the sedan , then...
  18. The real question you need to answer is this: are you going to be towing or not, and if so, how much? If you will be towing, and towing a lot of weight, go for the Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon (XL)/Denali If this utility will just be in the form of cargo hauled inside, go for the Expedition (EL)/Navigator (L) as they handle and ride better due to the IRS (plus fold flat rear seats). That said, only GM has the Hybrid and/or Displacement on Demand offered. I wouldn't touch anything from Dodge...that Durango is ugly, and smallish.
  19. I was including you and ocn. Together.
  20. Nowhere, PA
  21. My favorite city: An old friend:
  22. I believe the sedan is coming as well...the sedan or coupe will be named G4 and the other as G5...at least that's the rumor I've heard...
