  1. HP makes good pc's as far as i'm concerned.. only reason i would not buy an hp is their software they add, to everything. that's why i'll build my pc's 9/10 times but i've only built my 1 and only pc so far. lol the hp software on my sis's laptop was time wasting to set it up the first time... and because they don't include Windows CDs anymore is not nice if the thing ever totally crashes. monitors.... samsung makes good ones. HP...? guessing they're just rebranded something else.... printers.... i'm just going to say duty cycle... if you use it seldomly, get the consumer level... if you use it a couple times a week, prolly the office one... that's my $.02
  2. I would hope the 1.8 gets more like 150hp..? "midsize family car"...ummm... almost? it is a good review though... hopefully GM can get it's $h! together, however it needs to be done, so they can still produce this car when it's supposed to be. a turbo 1.8 ~200 hp would work too, if the 2L wouldn't "work"
  3. Happy birthday you BOLDman
  4. maybe with some "hope" and "change"... lol
  5. maybe some of you have heard of them.... the beatles....? LOL actually.. i'm not a huge fan...
  6. i'm pretty sure, haven't seen it but once.
  7. there is an article on Digg.com now under world and business that supposedly russia, and china, are thinking of re-adopting a semi gold standard.... i didn't read it yet.
  8. ..unless it's gang green... then the limb has to be cut off.
  9. sorry to hear about your losses guys.
  10. congrats. how about another plea of showing up with a certain car in an area for another person? lol
  11. ideally, current fraud laws should have prevented such things... even if the FED was a legal entity. supposedly some guy in the 50's or 60's got out of his mortgage because the bank's collateral, according to the contract for the mortgage, was shown in court to be nothing more than ink in a ledger, and the guy kept his house since the bank reneged on the mortgage. small chevy.. ... i think it should be noted, your post is kinda hard to read. lol
  12. it's not really the banks' fault for trying to compete while using fractional reserve banking...it's a very old idea, but it's basically loaning out more money than one has in physical "money" “By this means (fractional reserve banking) government may secretly and unobserved, confiscate the wealth of the people, and not one man in a million will detect the theft.” - John Maynard Keynes, The Economic Consequences of the Peace (1920) except the FED isn't the government.
  13. the only good thing about that would be all the 80's and 90's chryslers i see that need a ring job or something... along with some others like a few acura legends, older crown vics and the like.... but i don't want to subsidize other's car purchases....
  14. .. i hadn't noticed you around recently... but i've been busy lately too. nice to hear even that short blurp about a v6 camaro. nice to hear from you again too ...there's no welcome back smiley?...
  15. interesting. kinda makes me think ..it's a commentary on most anytime a populace gets complacent or just when people stop examining why things happen and take other peoples words on how things are done, or why things happen. you start to loose your individuality and just start going by group think. A static existence isn't much of one... never stop learning, never stop caring, let "yourself" always have some personal, true, joys in your life. try not to be fake, but try to get along with others.... i'll stop there. you, be interesting to read more when you keep adding to it.
  16. looks a little better. still can't beat a camaro. lol
  17. loki

the cake is a lie! .. or so i heard. lol Happy birthday!
  19. and although it's mainly in cadi s today, you could slap a N* and 6 speed in the deville.... ... still "cadi"
  20. good condition car... buy it, slap an ls3 turbo in it!!!!!!!! booyah. hahah
  21. some of it is obviously cultural ... like the with the finger pulling down the eyelid thing too... yes their are more "adult" toons here than usually remembered, but really, they are a tiny minority that are still on. cause stuff like Gene High was MTV and pretty good... or how about Daria / Beavis and Butthead... Aeon flux doesn't count cause it was stylized more like an anime to appeal to that crowd. Family guy ...jumped the shark, other than a few good ones here and there. Futurama is/was solid. Southpark...hm... will always have gold to write about cause it only takes them a few days to really make on episode... so it stays current easily. what about american dad.... it's mostly family guy.. but with different cast/plot lines. the voicing.. i'm assuming you're talking about the japanese voices... i think it's kinda stereotypical to beable to say that about their language.... it is typically said/heard to be more feminine than english sounds... rocko's modern life is the show i was thinking off previously.
  22. anyone see "perfect hair forever"? now there is an anime bashfest. lol but it is hilarious.
  23. I have enjoyed quite a few anime series. many of what dodge fan said. mainly cause they can pose very adult scenarios/thinking that is enjoyable for young adults to watch. ... like Beebop, samauri champloo, Trigun the "american toons" that have/had been great are Invader Zim(though i've not seen it all), I liked angry beavers, ..the one that the main character is a dingo, i think? spongebob is good, Fairly odd parents, watched 2 episodes of "Phineas and Ferb" on disney yesterday, have to say, the two i saw are actually pretty funny, if you excuse the lax animation style on the main characters
  24. Seoul? can't autoblog do a tad of geography research...and spelling? lol they are quickly making their lineup much more aesthetic.
